I ordered this because when I ride as a passenger on the trike my ankles to my knees are always cold. I have not tried them out yet. I have tried them on and I believe that they and going to be just what I wanted. They are soft, the Velcro seems to be very good. They arrived quicker than the original delivery date. I was surprised after I ordered them and they gave me a date weeks away. I then noticed that they are shipped from overseas. I would caution anyone expecting them quickly to be aware it does take a few weeks to get them. I do believe that they are worth the wait. I will be trying them out in a couple of weeks.

I really like the Icebreaker Seeker pants. The material is an all-natural merino wool and cotton twill that is sturdy yet lightweight. Plus, unlike most wool fabrics, it's machine washable. The cut is more tailored than jeans or khakis but slightly more casual than dress pants. They are very comfortable to wear and are especially suited for travel because the fabric is very compressible.

There are two things to keep in mind, though. First, I wouldn't use these pants for hiking or other strenuous outdoor activities due to the tailored fit. There isn't enough freedom of movement for active use, particularly in the upper legs. Second, anyone who has a longish inseam should take a look at the reviews on the Icebreaker website. Some buyers there have found the "one inseam fits all" design to be too short.

Bottom line: a good looking, well made, very comfortable pair of pants. Four stars.

Nice color, thick, and warm for winter. I bought my daughter the XXS (which I think is 2T-3T), which is a little bigger than what she's wearing now. I wanted layering room for cold days. The only issue I have is that the sleeves seem narrow, and not as flexible, as other pullovers she has. It may be more difficult to add in long sleeves underneath, as opposed to short sleeve shirts that work well under it now. Other than that, my daughter seems to really like it, and that's what matters most in my book.

This is a great sock; I like very thin socks for running. I also like the sock to stay in one place on my foot and not bunch up causing blisters. This sock performs both admirably. It also seems to wick away sweat pretty well. It is a bit pricey for a pair of socks, but I feel like it's worth it for the comfort.

I've had a couple Horny Toad 100% organic cotton long sleeve shirts for a while now which sold me on the Horny Toad brand. These Open Air shirts are just what I would expect from HT; the fit is spot-on for a large--no excessive bagginess or other weird anomolies--and the fabric is ultra comfortable. Horny Toad's organic cotton is always so nice and soft and has a quality look to it. This specific fabric is pretty thin by design and keeps me quite cool when it's hot out. I liked my first one so much I ordered another one in a different color. Very sharp-, but unassuming-looking shirt like most of HT's stuff. I'm a happy buyer.

ASICS Women's GT-1000 Running Shoe Reviews

This shoe is awesome! I have had a hard time finding running shoes that offer stability, but these are perfect for my arch. I can't do the "light as air with no support" shoes that are so popular now. I was surprised at how light these were though, considering all of the cushioning in them. They did feel a little stiff at first (mainly in the heels), but it only took a few short runs to break them in and adjust. I purchased these half way through training for my last mini marathon, and they have proven to be a great choice for long distance runs. The color is VERY bright, but that's just what I was looking for. I get tons of compliments on these shoes! I typically wear a 9 in most shoes and sandals, but I went up half a size. No complaints at all!

I am a HUGE asics fan and own several pairs. This particular model fits as expected, is lightweight, durable and flexible. The color is amazing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the insoles that they came with are hard. I had to put new ones in 1 week after I bought them (about 30 miles of running). That first pair of insoles should last me at LEAST 150 miles... not 30. A little bummed about the really hard insoles but happy with the overall shoe (so far).

I have flat feet, a messed-up ankle from an old injury, and finicky knees. My doctor recommended this brand of shoe for normal wear, so I bought a pair. She was right! They have great arch support, and my knees feel better after wearing these shoes for a while. I can feel the difference in my gait with these shoes. The heels are well-cushioned, too, so walking on really hard surfaces is less jarring.

Also, the stripey bits on the side aren't as obvious in reality, which is a good thing. They end up looking more like plain ol' black sneakers, without a lot of flair, as I prefer.
