ASICS Men's Dan Gable Ultimate 3 Wrestling Shoe Reviews
I just got these shoes today. not bad on shipping. I have not been able to try them out on a mat yat but so far they seem great, they are so very light, expecialy compared to my last shoes. they are very comfortable and the arch support feel great and i think will help alot. the lace garage is better than i expected. it is alot easier to put the laces in, and a little bigger than most others. they are also very flexible and seem very well built, the escaine upper feels great it is pretty form fitting when you tighten up the laces and will make for a great fit. the omniflex pursuit is probaly the only other shoe that is lighter and better fitting than this shoe due to the omni flexs inner booty it is made of. i like these a bit better though they are very easy to get on. They look great too.

This shirt is nice and well made. It fits snug without being too tight. I wouldn't wear this over another shirt but others might. The weave is fairly heavy so probably best for cooler temps. Overall it's a great shirt but I don't like that it has to be hung to dry.Pretty good long sleeve shirt for wicking away sweat, will not keep you extra warm, not thermal. But still nice, well constructed

Buy Hi-Tec Men's Granite Peak Parka Jacket
The Granite Peak Parka is a great but not quite perfect jacket. The 3 in 1 design features an outer jacket that's highly windproof and waterproof, and an inner fleece jacket that zips into the outer jacket for added warmth. Either the outer shell jacket or the inner fleece can be worn independently, or together as conditions warrant. It's truly a versatile jacket and I've come to love the flexibility this kind of rig offers. For what it's worth, I have a similar 3 in 1 jacket from Columbia's Titanium line and this one is pretty comparable in quality and functionality (and interestingly, my Columbia & Hi Tec jackets have identical zippers, allowing me to interchange the inner fleece jackets between the two).
First, the positives: Quality is really high. Sturdy durable shell, welded seams, beefy zippers and pulls, etc. No doubt this will last many years. Water beads up nicely on the shell and it handles inclement weather well, also blocking wind very effectively. Aesthetically, the jacket is nice looking and sporty. The fleece is handsome with a very traditional, outdoors look (unlike my Columbia liner jacket that is more tailored looking) and it offers good warmth coupled with the shell. The sizing is accurate (mine is XL) with room for additional layers underneath and room to move as activities might dictate, but not baggy. Plenty of pockets (2 hand pockets, 2 chest pockets, and 1 inner pocket on the shell; 2 hand pockets and 1 chest pocket on the fleece), and the shell hand pockets have a nice fleece lining for comfort and warmth (lacking on my Columbia jacket). A big plus is the smooth lining on the inside of the fleece jacket, which allows it to slip on and off easily over other layers. My Columbia fleece jacket lacks this and it can be a pain when removing the jacket and the material wants to stick to the bases layers. Lastly, both shell and liner have drawstrings on the waist to help keep out cold and elements.
Now the neutrals, depending upon preference: The jacket does not have zippered underarms for cooling down-if you're into winter sports and want pit zips then this isn't the jacket for you, if you want a warm jacket for winter then you're fine. The shell sleeve cuffs have a velcro strap for tightening them to keep snow, wind, cold, etc from getting in at the wrists. I like the option of cinching the cuffs down tight. But the cuffs also have built in elastic which I don't like whenever I put on or take off the jacket the elasticized sleeves catch on my watch and I just dislike the feel of the cuffs putting slight pressure on my wrists all the time. Some folks may like the elastic, but I wish it weren't there. Next, I wish the neck was just a hair roomier when the jacket is zipped all the way up. I have a big neck (17+ inch neck in dress shirts) and although it isn't overly restrictive, the neck area is slightly more snug than I would like when the jacket is secured around the neck area (in fairness, if your neck isn't big this shouldn't be an issue). Finally, the hood is not removable. It can be rolled up and secured with a velcro strip, but for those who prefer a removable hood be aware this one is full-time.
Now for the few negatives I've found: First, wish the openings for the hand pockets on the shell were a little bigger. Not hard to get my hands in, but not much spare room with the openings becomes slightly annoying if you're wearing insulated gloves that add bulk to the hands. The pockets on my Columbia shell have a taller opening and it's more comfortable and natural feeling. Second, the hood works reasonably well but would benefit from a more substantial support brim. My Columbia hood has a wire brim that's bendable and retains it's shape, and it makes the hood so much more manageable.
There you have my take on the Granite Peak Parka. Overall it's a quality piece of gear that does a lot well, and it might just render a bunch of your old jackets and fleeces obsolete. Aside from a less than stellar hood system and some areas of simple preference, there's not much to complain about here. If you're looking for a 3 in 1 jacket (which I highly recommend) this one is definitely worth a look, particularly because it can often be found online for under $100 and offers a lot of bang for that kind of buck.

Review of NeoSport Wetsuits Infant/Toddler Premium Neoprene 2mm Youth's Swim
We bought wetsuits for all of us for an upcoming snorkeling trip to the Caribbean in January, but started using them at the indoor pool for swim lessons because my kids keep turning blue and shivering after just 10 minutes in the water. I liked this one for our toddler because it zips in the front and opens up alot more than the styles made for adults and older kids. That feature makes it so much easier to get her into it. However, it does not keep her very warm. The description says its 2mm neoprene just like the style I bought for my older kids (also made by Neosport), but it is thinner and she still turns blue, just not as fast.
I bought this infant/toddler wetsuit partly for the front zipper, but mostly because I thought it was the only one that came in a small enough size for my 2 year old. After we got it and used it, I realized I could have bought the same size from the same company in the other style that I got for my older kids. I wish I'd known before purchasing as I would have bought the other style so she could be warm longer in the water. When she outgrows it, I am switching her to the other style. NeoSport Wetsuits Youth Premium Neoprene 2mm Youth'S Shorty
The sizing for this product does seem to run true to the company's size chart. The Neosport website lists Size 1 as fitting 20-25 lbs. My daughter is 23 lbs so we bought her the size 1. It is maybe a tad loose, but not excessively. Maybe this is why she isn't staying warm longer? But it really does feel thinner than my other kids' 2mm wetsuits. I just bought a swim shirt for her to wear under it in hopes that it helps her retain more body heat.
They are not for really cold-water, but they help keep little bodies warm enough on normal days, and also protect against too much sun.
The shoulders are lycra, and the torso is lightweight neoprene. So these suits are flexible and allow free movement -while being a close fit -without chafing. (Some of the heavier-weight wetsuits by other manufacturers might chafe around the legs or neck.
I could go on, but, keeping it short, these suits are excellent -great design and durability.
I am only sorry they don't make these in even larger sizes -we will soon have to move up to other kinds of larger-sized suits of thicker neoprene that will not allow as much freedom of movement with as close a fit.
Highest marks.

Best Deals for NeoSport Wetsuits Infant/Toddler Premium Neoprene 2mm Youth's Swim
I have mixed thoughts about this item. First of all, I had really hard time finding the right size. According to the online chart, my son was supposed to wear size 2. After a few purchases and returns, we settled on Size 1, and even that is still big! The suit does not fit my son like a second skin, allowing water get under it, so 5 minutes into his playtime, he begins shivering as bad as before. The suit did help with chlorine rashes though. The fabric seems to be good quality but the sleeves are just way too short and are made of a thinner material. It is very easy to put on and take off, even when wet. I will have to wait and see if this thing becomes more functional as my son grows up and fits in it perfectly.Honest reviews on NeoSport Wetsuits Infant/Toddler Premium Neoprene 2mm Youth's Swim
I purchased this suit for 3yr 4mo daughter who is an average-sized toddler to wear during her swim classes. I like the suit design with the zipper in the front and the flexible shoulders/sleeves. However, the suit is a bit large for her in general and does not zip up right to the neck as in the picture, so cooler water continuous gets into the suit. It does not fit as snug as a wetsuit should. Overall I do think it still helps, but the sizing could be improved.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for NeoSport Wetsuits Infant/Toddler Premium Neoprene 2mm Youth's Swim
Got this for my 15 month old daughter who was shaking and turning purple in her swim class at the local community rec center. The water is a little on the cool side, and she was crying and not having any fun. The instructor suggested I get a swimsuit with more coverage, so I went all in and got this wet suit. So glad I did! She is so much happier and actually enjoying the water now. I got the size 1 which is perfect with a little room to grow. She is just over 20 lbs. Quality seems very good. Highly recommend!Thursday, October 30, 2014

The gnar hoody is a nice jacket and has kept me warm in temperatures down to the 30s with moderate winds and hail. It is also very comfortable and very light. It fits well under my REI Taku jacket. However, the zipper(s) are rather flimsy and might be plastic... I mean if I pull the zipper too hard I feel as though I will break it. The included stuff sack also leaves a lot to be desired and they might as well just exclude it. However, aside from the stuff sack and zipper, the jacket does a very good job. The extended sleeves and thumb holes are awesome, and are the main reason I purchased it. Would be a five star jacket with a solid zipper.

Best full zip down hoody you can buy. The jacket is so light it's like wearing air. The fabric feels very durable. The fit has great room for undergarments but close enough to the body to retain heat. The hood works very well at warming your noggin with precious heat that would normally escape through the collar. The hood fits a little loose though, but you can always throw on a shell to lock it down. Using the thumb holes works pretty well at warming the hands. The down is stuffed generously with no flat spots, as is often the case with many name brand jackets. With a base and mid layer underneath, you will be comfortable on the coldest peaks in the Sierras. Comes with a stuff sack, but I use a slightly larger one for convenience while taking it in and out of the pack. To be honest you can find a better quality jacket on the market, but not in this full zip hoody config.Best Deals for Sierra Designs Men's Gnar Hoody
Very lightweight. Love the hood. I use it for around town. It's warm into the upper 30's or so. Beyond that and you need more layers. I've put it away for the rest of winter since MN is now too cold for this jacket on it's own. Broke out the heavier Down and goretex jackets for the rest of winter. But will be able to use it again next March.Honest reviews on Sierra Designs Men's Gnar Hoody

Comfortable gloves for the XC-ride. Like a second skin. You forget that wearing gloves.
Very good ventilation. Hands do not sweat.
Not for those who need protection in the case of falling too thin for that.
There are some complaints about the quality sewing.

Love these loves. It feels like you're not wearing gloves when you're bicycle riding. Giro makes so many good looking gloves it hard to determine which ones you want to purchase. Once you wash them they regain their newness. I want wear anything but Giro gloves now.Best Deals for Giro Rivet Gloves
I typically ride with open finger, no padding Giro Zero gloves and like them. These are similar weight (no padding), so I like them in that respect. However, in 200 off-road miles, the mesh backing (the white bits) has come unglued from the middle finger on both gloves.Honest reviews on Giro Rivet Gloves

Reviews of Hollaway Women's Elasticized Drawstring Waist Pivot Pant. 222499
I like having a drawstring on the sweatpants I buy. My slack size is either 12 or 14 in department stores, so I bought a size large. The fit is very comfortable, but at 5'6" I did have to hem them. Other than having to sew the hem, I love the fit, they wash and dry easily, and they can be worn for leisure indoors or outdoors. I do see myself ordering another pair in the future.

I love all things Spyder because they make very high quality products that fit well, are warm and are extremely comfy. I get all kinds of compliments when I wear this sweater. I particularly like that it zips all the way, so I can wear it open with something under it, or I can zip it all the way up and wear it alone it has a very soft velvety interior, so it feels great against your skin.Thursday, September 4, 2014
