I am 5'5" female, not a kid but have bought boys jackets before. I read that this brand runs a bit large and I was looking for an affordable ski jacket for a trip over Easter. Worked great and was very warm. It's a bit roomy, but was perfect for the cold mountain air. It's definitely not a flattering ski jacket for a 28 year old woman, but it'll keep you toasty.

I needed an xx-large to fit my large apple shape but the armholes are so large that I will need to sew them somehow or return them. This is definitely not for petite xx-large unless you want to alter them & is a tunic style with a smaller waist to hip ratio as shown in the photo not great for apple shaped gals. The price is right but I don't know about the dry performance yet.

I was looking for a simple rip stop battle dress uniform (BDU) jacket in realtree and found this. It is a great garment and I like it, but it comes with a integral liner so it is essentally two layers of ripstop, not one, on all panels of the jacket. I was hoping to use this in brushy high desert colorado country in the summer and it is just way to too hot at two layers thick.

Another niggling detail is the liberal use of large bright yellow logos on sent shield products. Somehow it doesn't seem to fit in with the whole camoflage thing.

I have about ten cold weather running tops, and this one has become my most worn one of the bunch. I wear it by itself if the wind chill is between 25 and 40. If the windchill is between 10 and 25 I add a vest to it. It has a huge pocket in the front, with two large zippers on each end. It can carry a lot of stuff.

I would prefer however if it was two separate pockets as it would be easier to find what I was looking for. It would also be nice to have a small key pocket, so I didn't worry about losing my key when I was getting out some gels or gloves.

The above are suggestions to NB for improvement. Despite those minor suggestions, I love my new top!

I am a career firefighter/paramedic with seven years on the job. I have already used the knife several times on EMS calls. Four times I have used the oxygen wrench (we all know how the black tabs seem to get lost), and I have used the Zuess tool (belt cutter) and window punch on a couple of MVA's with extrication. Also used it on several trauma patients to expose them. Far superior to trauma shears. The knife is great for all around uses around the firehouse. Highly recommended.

I am a firefighter in new jersey and bought this to have a blade in my turnout coat. The seatbelt/clothing cutter is a real nice addition as is the tank valve adapter, although it cannot go full turn because it hits the tank. The blades are super sharp and do not snag and tear, they go right through whatever your cutting. The glass punch has been used a few times and works really well with minimal effort. I have even started carrying it while i am driving instead of leaving it in my gear. Its nice to have something in your own vehicle that you can use in case you come across a mva or have to get yourself out. If you are a firefighter, emt, police officer, or other emergency personell you would be crazy not to own a knife like this.

I have to say this knife has truly saved some lives, patient trapped in a car with all electronics down, busted the window no problem with no effort, cut the seat belt so fast, with patient in no harm of getting cut with the awesome belt cutter. I have to say, I love this knife. The blade is still sharp after a year and a half of use. I carry this knife EVERYWHERE I go just in case of anything, because you never know what can happen. The oxygen tank valve opener is such a great feature because we have tons of tanks without the twist knob and this knife, AGAIN, comes in great handy. Another thing people miss is the blunt tip of the knife, great for prying open doors and locks and even using as a flat head screwdriver. BEST KNIFE AROUND FOR ANY EMS WORKER. Buy one now and you will have a future tool for life.

I have not had a chance to use this knife on a call yet, but my initial tests were very favorable. Don't mistake that this is a general pupose knife with a few rescue features it is really a rescue oriented knife.

One feature that was not clear from any product info is that the front non-serrated portion of the blade is NOT sharpened. This makes it much safer from cutting clothes off of patients. The knife has a rounded point, followed by the non-sharp smooth edge (about 3/4") That will allow you to safely put the knife (edge side toward you, not the patient) and cut jeans, coats or probably any other clothing including leather (have not tested on leathers yet, but the serrated edge is extremely effective on other heavy fabrics, rope and webbing) well.

The hook cutter edge works great on webbing and also canvas once you get past the hemmed edge. You will probably need the knife edge to get past jean hems. I would like to see the hook with a bit larger opening to make this easier. One started (jeans and canvas test) it was like having a zipper where there was none. It sliced very fast and clean. On 1" webbing it was like using a hot knife really fast. It seems to be very safe for the patient as well I did not make any marks on the test surface underneath the jeans and canvas as the hook design is smooth on the outside (patient side).

A well designed knife and I have used a bunch of others.

This bib short is simply fantastic. The chamois is seamless and provides the best feel of any cycling shorts I've ever owned. The material wicks away moisture nicely and the rather long legs provide decent compression on the entire quad area. From a sizing standpoint I went with the same size I normally get (Medium in my case), unlike the matching jersey which requires a bump up of one or two sizes. Wish these weren't so expensive because I'd love to get another set.

The problem with a white kit is that it is too revealing. I tried it on and while the fit was fine, and the chamois felt great, but everything was totally visible. Men: do not wear white shorts unless you are a bit of an exhibitionist and enjoy people staring at your goods.

This is the third dress that I have bought in this style. The material is very comfortable, soft to the touch but thick enough to make you feel covered. It is however also light enough and moisture wicking so that it feels cool in really hot weather. It dries really fast. In other words, the ideal summer dress. Regarding shape, I'm an hourglass with a bigger bust and broadish shoulders, and this has worked well for me normally I look awful in empire waists and prefer huggier pencil skirt styles. The dress covers your top well but in an attractive way, and I have not felt the need to wear a bra (though you may want to in colder places.) I'm medium height and the Medium size falls to the knees. The dress hugs your top and waist and then there is an A-shape flare to the skirt, which is not my favorite, but it works well. The entire dress is figure hugging, without being too tight. I also think that this dress would flatter pear shaped figures because of the A shape. Not sure if you're small busted, as it offers no push up support, it only has a shelf bra. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this dress!

This is the third Prana Quinn dress that I have bought in the past two years. I get so many compliments on these dresses. I am 5'5", 120 lbs and medium-chest and wear a small that might help you find your size. The quinn tops are beautiful too but I order a size up (medium) b/c I find those are tighter. Discount ASICS Women's GEL-Precision TR Cross-Training Shoe

It seems I have every ailment known to human feet from collapsed arches, to bunnions to pantar fascia to bone spurs even hammer toes. Ascis seems to be the only manufacturer that addresses every one of these. I have both their running shoes and these cross trainers, and they are both great, but living in SE Alaska, there is a substantial portion of the year when mesh shoes (the running shoes) are not suitable. So I went searching for leather uppers, and ended up with the GEL-Precision TR Cross-Training Shoe.

They feel like cradles for my feet. The Gel cushioning in the soles minimizes pain from the bone spurs. The width in the toe area is adequate to not bother the bunions (most of the time), and I am able to wear them for extended periods of time, which in and of itself is pretty unusual. Usually my feet are sccreaming for a shoe change half-way through the day.

I am not really in to all the snazzy designs they put on athletic shoes these days, but the silver on the white is pretty toned down and aceptible to me. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone with problem feet. And it was great to get them with free shipping from amazon.com.

I've commented on the Asics Gel shoes before (mesh version). This all leather version has the same great qualities of a great fit from the heel to the toe box. There is ample room for orthodics and an arch that is well supported. These are my go to everywhere walking shoe! From beach to backyard and hikes on mountain trails, these shoes continue to support my feet and lend stability on most wet slippery surfaces. The only exception I have found is wet ceramic tile where the Asics are a bit slippery. I haven't found a shoe yet that isn't slippery on wet ceramic.

For reference I wear a 7 E in Clarks shoes. Based on the reviews I saw here, I decided to size up and bought the 7.5 2E Asics. They did fit but with zero room to spare.

Otherwise, nice workout shoe. It does get a little hot as you'd expect from a leather shoe.

I bought one of these hats at REI and then came to Amazon to order other colors in the same style. I now have it in 3 colors. The back of the hat has buttons that adjust the size. When I bought it at REI, I thought it was a woman's hat (I am female). I can't imagine a guy wearing this. It is very feminine looking, especially with the button on the back and the color. Great quality, color and pattern. I would suggest you try on this style of hat somewhere before ordering online. The style looks great in the photo but once you get it on your head, it might be a little too bohemian/hipster looking for you if you're used to wearing baseball caps.
