Because I have difficulty keeping my hands warm in outdoor winter weather, I was thrilled to receive these "major mittens" as a Christmas gift this year. These Scott mittens, however, seem to be focused on gimmicks and extraneous details rather than the primary purpose of mittens: to keep hands warm. Specialty hooks,drawstrings, zippered pockets are fun but ineffective for warmth, as I found out this morning when I wore these mittens for a mere 30 minute walk in 20 degree weather. I arrived back at home and had to immediately make a mug of hand-warming tea to recover. The primary problem in the design is that fingers are separated in glove-like fashion within the mitten, a feature that has no practical advantage within a mitten anyway and decreases the ability of fingers warming each other while encased. This is not the only problem in the construction of the mittens since my thumb, necessarily separated, also chilled, but a feature that would improve warmth somewhat at least.

Great Jacket.

Wore it this morning in a warm wet rain (60 degrees) and I remained dry.....it breaths so no moisture build-up! Thejacket material is the heavier "pro" weight gore-tex material, which is what I wanted. The vermillon color is rather day glo....no hunters will shoot at me. The fit is great for me, often the hip area is too snug. Keep in mind that the hood is sized to fit a helmut underneith.

I'm an avid outdoors person and I was looking for a strong, light jacket for backcountry hiking, skiing and climbing. I think this jacket is tough and there is certainly room for a down jacket or other layers underneath, but it is too bulky around the middle for me. The photo makes it seem like it's slightly fitted but I didn't find it that way at all. Also, the orange colour is VERY orange, more like a traffic pylon. I am going to return it and try to get a slimmer fitting jacket.

i researched this watch a lot online in the watch forums because the price seemed too good to be true. the watch 'snobs' on the forums referred to it as a 'fashion' watch, like fossil,guess, or hilfiger, so i wasn't sure about getting one because i was worried about its quality. the more i checked the more favorable reviews it got, especially regarding Vestal's customer service, so i rolled the dice. The shipping time was incredible, got it in less than a week! and it is a nice watch. it wears bigger than 46mm, it has weight, but isn't heavy on the wrist. I don't like the band it came with and will swap it out, but that's personal preference. the price is great, cheaper than anywhere else, around $70 85 dollars cheaper than ebay. I was able to access the instruction manual online without issues. the chronograph function is different that with other watches. on others, the top button starts/stops and the bottom is the reset, but on this watch it is the opposite. i've had this watch for 5 days, and haven't worn another since.

All around fun watch and for its size probably the most comfortable to wear. I have a thing for watches that catch my eye and this is one of those, you won't be sorry.

I am a 34DD and rarely go braless, but I can in this top. (Rowing--not a lot of jumping.) I pair this top with a high impact sports bra for running and it works great.

I have about ten cold weather running tops, and this one has become my most worn one of the bunch. I wear it by itself if the wind chill is between 25 and 40. If the windchill is between 10 and 25 I add a vest to it. It has a huge pocket in the front, with two large zippers on each end. It can carry a lot of stuff.

I would prefer however if it was two separate pockets as it would be easier to find what I was looking for. It would also be nice to have a small key pocket, so I didn't worry about losing my key when I was getting out some gels or gloves.

The above are suggestions to NB for improvement. Despite those minor suggestions, I love my new top!

its a pink rail cover, you have to cut to fit, but thats to be expected. Matches the Magpul furniture i bought for my wife's rifle. Only thing, after putting it on and taking off a couple of times, looked like it was tearing a little. Don't think it is, but looks thin. Other than that, good product, still rated it 4 out of 5. It is exactly what you are looking for....if that is a pink rail cover for a quad rail set up.

Review of Petzl Luna Women's Climbing Harness

I am comparing the feel and fit of this harness against 3 other very similar models. The Mammut Ophira 3-slide, Mammut Ophira (slideless) and Black Diamond Primrose. Here's how it stacked up:

Sizing: if you are smaller than 29" at the top of your hips where the harness will sit, none of this model's sizes will be small enough. My 30" hip-waist was comfortable, but I can imagine it would be hard to tighten it very much past this point. Unfortunately, Petzl only makes S, M, and L in this harness unlike the Black Diamond and Mammut who carry XS-XL

Waistband: Decently padded and comfortable around the sides and back. Conforms perfectly to curved hips without pinching or gaping. Only downside is the several inches of exposed webbing in front that tend to pinch and dig more than the padding does. The band fabric is nicely meshed, so it runs cooler than the Black Diamond harnesses, but the same as the Mammut ones. Because of this webbing gap, I went for the Mammut version instead.

Gearloops: These are coated in webbing, rather than plastic. They look and feel like they would fray quickly, especially at the attachment points.

Legs: Comfortable! The padding is distributed to the back and inner thigh where it belongs, and the buckles are out of the way on the sides (Primrose buckles get in the way). It's easy to adjust and roomy enough for my bigger thighs, The curved shape to the attachment fabric (up to the belay loop) keeps it fully clear and out of the way (more important for guys, but still good for us ladies!).

Belay loop: seems to be the right length for standing upright. Some models have ridiculously short loops that make you hunch over.

Price: you can get this model for much cheaper ($55-60) at REI or from Petzl directly. I'm not sure why amazon has it for so much more. The lower price makes it in the same class as the Mammut and Black Diamond harnesses, with only a few subtle differences.

Purchased this harness as my first...

First, about sizing... I saw another review which complained about the sizing being inaccurate. I got a small and have a 26-27 waist line. I have no problems adjusting this harness to fit. I think the one the other reviewer was probably mislabeled or a manufacturers defect.

The harness itself is really comfortable and fits well in all the right places. I can definitely tell a difference between wearing this one and the rental harnesses I wore when out climbing. It was easy to forget it was even there...

Loops were easy to reach and seemed sturdy. They are not coated in plastic, so I guess it is possible to fray them over time.

Buckles are easy to use and tighten/untighten when necessary. There are elastic bands to keep the extra slack of the belt against the harness. I am small enough that I do not even need to undo this at the end of the day...I just untighten it enough to get the fold to the elastic band and the harness slips off.

I would recommend this harness in the future and will probably go with Petzl for future harness purchases.

I've purchased 3 pairs of these at 3 different colors. The cost of the 3 is close to the cost of 1 pair of under armour brand. At first use the sleeves worked and fit great, but after 2 washes they start to have lint pieces stuck to them. Its like the stitchings start to fall apart, and the more you pull on the loose stitches the worse it gets. These are definitely hand wash only and air dry. I prefer the under armour sleeves, they cost 2.5 times more, but last 10 times longer.

They are inexpensive and tend to shred. Don't put them in the washing machine; hand rinse. They work; they keep my arms cool and protect me from the sun. I've bought them twice and will buy them again, as necessary.

I was expecting a heather gray hat, as that is what is shown in the picture. (I mean, what does "cinder" really mean, color-wise, anyway?) The hat I received is more of a brown. The color is actually quite hard to describe. It is a brown-gray, if that makes any sense. I don't know the name for the color, but it is certainly not heather gray. Maybe my computer's resolution is a bit off, I don't know, but I was definitely disappointed about the color.

Otherwise, hat is fine fits well, is soft and warm.

Do not buy these pants. I used to own the shorts so decided to try the pants. After running for 30 minutes in public they burst open on me. Embarrassing! I wrote to Zaggora to ask what happened and they gave me no response to why this happened, no apologies. They told me to "choose my size carefully". I chose the same size that I wear the shorts in so I think it must be their fault.

I ordered these pants with high hopes. Sadly they are very short in the rise and did not fit as indicated in the photos. I would have to keep pulling them up. I wear a small and if I had gone up a size they would have been too baggy in the rear end. I returned them the day after receiving them and after trying them on.

Since that time, to this day, I still have not received a credit on my credit card. I write, and write, and write to customer service only to receive very strange emails that read: Your request (#xxxx) has been solved. If you think we have not solved your request, please to this email or click the link below: . The xxxx indicates a case number for my return (not disclosed). NEITHER link works. When asked WHY, they say they have changed over to a different web site and I will have to register again. I registered again and STILL CAN NOT get into my account. This nightmare has been going on for weeks exchanging these strange, cryptic emails that make NO SENSE. They confirm that they have received my item but it will not be credited until it reaches their warehouse. WHERE is this WAREHOUSE? Mars?

Rarely in my lifetime have I ever encountered such a poorly run, unprofessional company such as Zaggora. The total disrespect for their customers is breathtaking. Many people are complaining on their Facebook page and some have been deleted for doing so. This tells you something.

I mentioned this nightmare to a teacher at my ballet studio and she had a similar problem with Zaggora. The studio considered stocking this line but will not go near them after the avalanche of complaints. They wear and recommend Delfin Spa. I purchased a pair and am very pleased with the fit. I emailed Delfin Spa to ask some questions about other items and they responded immediately in plain language that was clear to understand. I am happy to know that there are companies like Delfin Spa out there who offer these neoprene items with integrity.

Zaggora, you really should examine how you treat your customers. I wish I had never ordered from you, the headache and hassle was not worth it.

Zaggora Flares 2.0 are the best product on the market. Zaggora's Flares are made of really soft and stretchy neoprene which is great at keeping you warm and getting results. I don't even realise I am sweating while I am working out however after I take the flares off it is clear I have done a lot more work than usual! My skin is pink which I think is due to better circulation as I am getting warmer. My skin appears much smoother and cellulite has visibly reduced.

Overall great results and very happy with the product.
