These gloves are better quality than most of the touch screen enabled gloves out there--it's mostly wool instead of acrylic, and the leather padding is a nice touch. The gloves are very warm and look good warn with any casual coat.

My only complaint is they are a bit large and bulky. I am a man with medium sized hands. I ordered a medium and the glove fingers extend a half an inch beyond my fingers. This makes operating a phone very difficult, which is sort of the whole point behind the "astro glove"

All in all, still a good buy. But I got them for ~$12. I think $40 is too much. You're better of springing for leather gloves.

This jacket fits a bit trim, much like a base layer item. But I don't really use it as such, becaause it is so adept as a light jacket. The wool fabric is really does a great job of regulating temperature. I typically wear it on days that start at around 45 or 50 degrees. I have noticed the temperture on the same days getting up to 65 or 70 degrees and I really didn't feel warm enough to remove it

This reel is made for bottom fishing. Smooth drag, strong gears, and perfect gear ratio for plugging. And i like the aluminum frame. The older model spheros and the new one is the same reel except the new ones have a stronger drag and the propulsion spool lip which are very nice upgrades. Shimano really does their homework when they make reels. I dont buy any other brand but shimano.

This is my first Shimano reel, and I plan to use for vertical jigging. I am very happy with the feel of this reel. From my research it is almost identical to the saragosa minus a couple comforts but for less $$.

Have it loaded with 80# power pro moss green with 80# mono leader connected by albright knot.

Can't wait to test this reel out.

Ibex makes incredibly soft wool underwear so I was hoping for similar here but it turned out slightly scratchy. Not very, but still ... definitely suboptimal. I have another one from Icebreaker which is not scratchy at all. The fit is great though and it does the job as a layering piece.

I usually wear size Medium top with 36 D bust size and this is perfect. Thru hiking for a month this summer and wanted a baselayer that provided warmth, wicked moisture, and didn't stink after a day. Have worn this over a weekend and several sweaty bike trips and doesn't smell nearly as much as my polyester/nylon blend shirts which stink within a half hour!

Well worth the money (cheaper than most similar merino wool shirts)and I'm getting another.

I wasn't sure how well this thing would work. When I told people that I had ordered it most people told me I was crazy. However, once I got a coffee cup with a lid that closed completely (emphasis on completely), it worked like a charm. Simple design, simple installation (if you'd even call it that), and it works!

I had read some reviews where people were complaining about the liquid sloshing around. Unfortunately when you are on a bike, that will happen. It works great for my purpose. I ride my bike to work and like to bring a cup of coffee with me. My old bike (that got stolen) was a mountain bike and I had metal baskets where I could wedge my cup in a corner of the basket and keep it upright for my ride. When I replaced the bike I got a hybrid but unfortunately the frame design doesn't seem to work with baskets-this was my solution! My purpose is to transport the beverage (not drink while riding-dangerous with coffee anyway). I simply put a bit of saran/plastic wrap over the top of the cup before I put the lid on it and vwahla...keeps it even more insulated with heat and prevents the coffee from shooting out the top and trickling down the cup, onto the bike frame and my feet and legs. Simple thing but totally does the trick.

My husband got this for me to use with my bike, but I never got around to attaching it. Then we had a baby. We have a Baby Jogger stroller, which is a great stroller, but a bit minimalist. I don't need a bunch of pockets, but I did want a cupholder, and I had this one... and what do you know, it works great! Looking at the other reviews, it seems the main complaints are that your drink may spill with bumps and that the holder itself doesn't always fit snugly around the bar. As far as spilling a drink because of going over bumps, etc, all I have to say is this should be an expected outcome unless you use a cup/mug with a proper lid. Even using at much slower speeds as I do, I experience a little spillage if I'm not using a good travel mug, but I consider that operator error, not product failure. The fit of the holder around the stroller bar isn't super tight, but I actually like it that way because I can push the holder down and out of the way if I don't have a drink in it. It still seems to be adequately tight to hold a full drink, and I think I could tighten it more if needed. If I were really concerned about the fit, I would take it to my local bike shop for advice or just use some extra padding strips left over from the many lights/misc items that we attach to our bikesI know in my junk drawer I have several. Overall I think this holder is MUCH more useful on my stroller than on a bike, but now I am tempted to get one for the bike, too. Either way has made my life better. My only complaint is I can't use with my Maclaren stroller as that stroller doesn't have a straight bar.

The biggest problem with this holder is that it is not adjustable in any way. You can adjust how tight it connects to the handle bar, but that is it. You cannot adjust the size of the holder or the angle at which it sits. What this means is that if your handle bar doesn not have a spot that is parallel to the ground this holder is useless. It is not a problem for me but it should be stressed that you cannot use this holder unless you have handle bars that are parallel to the ground for at least a few inches.

The size and shape of the holder is perfect for to-go coffee cups, but not that great for almost everything else. Smaller soda and water bottles will slide right through it and larger ones will just kind of sit on top and wobble around a bit.

It is built well and installs in only a minute or two. If you primarily are looking to hold coffee cups and have the right kind of handle bars this will work just fine. If not then you can find better options.

I have three travel mugs I use regularly, and this fits none of them well enough to use; they're all slightly larger in diameter than a disposable cup, so they only sit about an inch or so down into it and bounce out at the slightest bump. The holder is plain metal, so there's no friction to hold them in place. I'm not an engineer, or even particularly handy, and I can think of three ways in which this thing could be made so much more useful with minimal additional cost:

Make the metal holder adjustable. I'm going to modify it to do this by cutting the ring and attaching a metal zip tie (the ones with a screw that tightens or loosens it). Didn't anyone at the manufacturer realize that not all cups are the same size? Did they even try this thing with anything other than a medium starbucks cup?

Line the inside with some kind of rubbery or at least plastic finish to create friction to hold the cup in place. Again, I'm going to try to kluge this by adding electrical tape.

Make the angle of the metal holder adjustable where it attaches to the plastic mount. As it is, if you don't have a place on your bars that's exactly flat, it won't work because there's no adjustment whatsoever.

It annoys me greatly when people sell a product like this, with so little thought put into how it will actually be used. It's the only cupholder my local bike shop sells, so I guess these guys have a lock on the local market. Bummer.

Sorry Under Armour, You will never be able to compete with Wool. This Balaclava is perfect for those hunting from blind or those just enjoying the outdoors. For those serious about hunting, give Wool a try. Merino Wool is great due to the functions, odor fighting, washable as well as other Wool qualities, look for yourself. This Minus33 come with a good price followed by quality, I own the complete set. Give natural wool a try, you'll never look at synthetics again. Don't get me wrong, Synthetic clothing looks nice, but just not for insulation to be worn against the skin.

This is an excellent balaclava warm, lightweight, and comfortable, but when I wear it, unlike the picture, it doesn't go down to or over my shoulders. Since it doesn't narrow for the neck it can get a bit chilly.

If you don't have something else, I would recommend getting the neck gaiter to go with it. Between the two, the neck and head will stay nice and warm.

Based on the picture I really thought this thing would be long enough to fully cover my neck in all types of situations. Turns out it barely covers my neck at all. And I have a shaved head, so if anything, my lack of hair up there should allow it to sit even lower on me than it would on someone else, right? But no, even with a mock-turtleneck on, if I bend my head to look down, an inch-wide strip of skin on the back of my neck becomes visible, while at the same time the material seems to bunch up excessively around my throat. I'm 6'1" and 225, and I wear a 7.5 hat, and this is a snug fit on me. So snug that you can almost make out the outline of my lips.

It is a very nice material though, and there are no uncomfortable or awkwardly-placed seams. And it is very soft and breathable. But it will push your breath right up out the eye hole, so when I went to put on my glasses to see how I looked, the very first breath I took fogged them up completely. If you plan on wearing goggles with these, make sure they are EXTREMELY anti-fog, or else skydiving goggles or something airtight, otherwise you're just gonna have a steady supply of lung-steam pouring over and through them.

Another thing I didn't notice in the picture was the huge Minus 33 logo on the back left side. If you look closely, you can just barely see it in the picture. I'm not a fan of companies putting large, bright, easily visible logos on something that must have been designed at least partially with stealthiness in mind, but maybe that's just me.

Best around. Easy to wash and wring. Breathable but will collect condensation around the upper lip, underside of nose. Just wipe off. Keeps warm without staying too warm. Shields from a slice of chilly wind very well. Can breathe through, even when breathing hard. Doesnt smell/taste off. Feels and tastes natural. Good coverage. Good stitching. Good form. Good elasticity. Holds shape, even over time. Seals around the opening. Perspiration doesnt mildew if not able to wash it right away. Very pleased with quality and product.

Make sure you check Fox Head's sizing chart. It gives you all the instructions to correctly size your hand and purchase the correct fit. Do not simply go by generalized sizing charts.

I have only worn it twice now, but it feels like a superior product to the general brands that fall apart after rugged use.

I am a career firefighter/paramedic with seven years on the job. I have already used the knife several times on EMS calls. Four times I have used the oxygen wrench (we all know how the black tabs seem to get lost), and I have used the Zuess tool (belt cutter) and window punch on a couple of MVA's with extrication. I am a firefighter in new jersey and bought this to have a blade in my turnout coat. The seatbelt/clothing cutter is a real nice addition as is the tank valve adapter, although it cannot go full turn because it hits the tank. The blades are super sharp and do not snag and tear, they go right through whatever your cutting. The glass punch has been used a few times and works really well with minimal effort. I have even started carrying it while i am driving instead of leaving it in my gear. Its nice to have something in your own vehicle that you can use in case you come across a mva or have to get yourself out. If you are a firefighter, emt, police officer, or other emergency personell you would be crazy not to own a knife like this.

I have to say this knife has truly saved some lives, patient trapped in a car with all electronics down, busted the window no problem with no effort, cut the seat belt so fast, with patient in no harm of getting cut with the awesome belt cutter. I have to say, I love this knife. The blade is still sharp after a year and a half of use. I carry this knife EVERYWHERE I go just in case of anything, because you never know what can happen. The oxygen tank valve opener is such a great feature because we have tons of tanks without the twist knob and this knife, AGAIN, comes in great handy. Another thing people miss is the blunt tip of the knife, great for prying open doors and locks and even using as a flat head screwdriver. BEST KNIFE AROUND FOR ANY EMS WORKER. I have not had a chance to use this knife on a call yet, but my initial tests were very favorable. Don't mistake that this is a general pupose knife with a few rescue features it is really a rescue oriented knife.

One feature that was not clear from any product info is that the front non-serrated portion of the blade is NOT sharpened. This makes it much safer from cutting clothes off of patients. The knife has a rounded point, followed by the non-sharp smooth edge (about 3/4") That will allow you to safely put the knife (edge side toward you, not the patient) and cut jeans, coats or probably any other clothing including leather (have not tested on leathers yet, but the serrated edge is extremely effective on other heavy fabrics, rope and webbing) well.

The hook cutter edge works great on webbing and also canvas once you get past the hemmed edge. You will probably need the knife edge to get past jean hems. I would like to see the hook with a bit larger opening to make this easier. One started (jeans and canvas test) it was like having a zipper where there was none. It sliced very fast and clean. On 1" webbing it was like using a hot knife really fast. It seems to be very safe for the patient as well I did not make any marks on the test surface underneath the jeans and canvas as the hook design is smooth on the outside (patient side).

A well designed knife and I have used a bunch of others.

Since there is no elastic in the waistband, the drawstring is particularly important. This pair has the drawstring sewn in place both in the back and the front so that it is NOT possible to adjust it; it is simply an ornament. The two solutions are either to return these and find another brand or to find someone with sewing skills. Since I need a short inseam, which these have and all the others I have tried do not, I will keep them and have the drawstring enclosure remanufactured which is a waste of time and money for a waist that should have been adjustable. If you need an inseam of 28-30 there are few choices so be forewarned; if you don't, look elsewhere.

This is good quality for a great price. These will be used on a summiting trip. I found equivalent name brand pants that are at least twice as much and, from what I can tell, these are just as good as far as the material go. They are slightly thinner than the more expensive brands though but I expect that to make little difference.
