This is a very nice padded shirt, my son uses for both football and lacrosse. I bought both an adult large and an adult medium, my son is 14, but stands 5'11" and weights in at 175lbs, very much tall and lean. Neither of the shirts fit correctly, but I think my son is between sizes, the medium is very snug and the large is almost baggy.
The shirt build quality is very nice, well done.Ordered this to use as a catcher in baseball. Not only has it protected against some nasty foul tips but it does not impede my throw at all

Cheap Brine King Superlight Lacrosse Glove
The Brine Superlights are very tight and comfortable. The Superlights just like most gloves have a grip. If you like grip I would recommend ths to you, but if you don't I would recommend a different brand because it can be very powerful. Other than the grip, the Superlights do not offer much padding, which make them light, hinting the name superlights. This can help for speed craddling and quick agility of the hands. So I would also recommend these for people who like light gloves that can deal with a little slash of the hands. The Brine Superlight finger sockets are flimsy. Which makes it easier for you to have better control of your hands, which can help with craddling. I am on my second pair and they haven't done me wrong. They are easy to break in and don't rip easily. They are very durable like all gloves should be and have incredible support. My only flaw that as come from wearing this pair of gloves is they can get really dirty. This doesn't effect the way you play, but if you care how you look on the field, these might not be your choice. (All gloves get dirty) All in all I would recommend these gloves to anyone who can craddle and shoot. The gloves have really helped me progress as a lacrosse player and I hope they can do the same to you.

O2 Rainwear Original Cycling Jacket Reviews
I love this jacket! It's not intended to keep you warm, but dry, and it does just that. The fit isn't snug, which enables the wearer to donn it over jersey and even a fleece vest. It's very light and it folds into almost nothing, which is perfect for those days when you have to change your layers during a ride. The fabric is delicate so I don't expect it will last forever, but the jacket is a value, so replacing it isn't cost-prohibitive.
End of summer update: I've worn this jacket on several rides and 2 short tours and it has performed better than expected. It breathes quite well and shed rain very effectively. I'm now getting one for my wife. I still consider it a "throw away," but expect to get at least 2 seasons and perhaps 3 out of it. Highly recommended as the perfect on-bike emergency rain gear.
While I'm not sure that the jacket "breathes" as well as advertised, it is comfortable on the skin, it is waterproof (as far as I can tell so far), it is lightweight, and very easy to carry around (one could easily fit it into an under-the-seat-bag).
The fit is also good. I normally wear a large, so I ordered that size, and it fits perfectly with room to spare in case I want to add an additional layer come fall/winter. The sleeves are just right, the tail is more than long enough, and the collar isn't too tight.
After I wear this is a real rain shower, I'll add to the review any relevant developments.
Anyhow, I suppose the lightweight and portability is what's valued by bike riders. I was just expecting something a bit more substantial and well-crafted. This seems like something I wouldn't pay more than a few bucks for, rather than the $29.85 (incl. postage) that I paid.

I bought this because it was only $5 more than the plastic rain jacket I was replacing. Upon receiving this one, I was surprised at the material. It is extremely lightweight the jacket and stuff sack weight 5.5 ounces and it can easily fit in my water bottle cage. I haven't worn it in the rain yet so can't speak to waterproofness or breathability. But I do a lot of multi-day touring in rough country and I have a hard time seeing this jacket hold up for long. I'd be reluctant to suggest it to someone who lives in the Pacific Northwest who needs a reliable rain jacket for frequent use. But for an emergency jacket or occaisonal use I think this will prove excellent.End of summer update: I've worn this jacket on several rides and 2 short tours and it has performed better than expected. I knew after I opened up a very small envelope that the jacket arrived in that I got exactly what I wanted a lightweight, inexpensive rain jacket. I wore it the very next day because of cool weather and threatening rain. Ultimately, it was more than I needed. At 50degrees with about 75% humidity, I was sweating by the end of my 8mi commute. While I'm not sure that the jacket "breathes" as well as advertised, it is comfortable on the skin, it is waterproof (as far as I can tell so far), it is lightweight, and very easy to carry around (one could easily fit it into an under-the-seat-bag).

Honest reviews on O2 Rainwear Original Cycling Jacket
I road tested this jacket on a personal century training ride entirely in the rain. My jersey stayed dry and I stayed cool inside. The fabric feels "weird" but it is a great functional jacket. The fit is snug. Don't cheat on the size. If you need large, buy large.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for O2 Rainwear Original Cycling Jacket
When I opened this I just thought, huh? is this it? It looked and felt like something I'd pick up at a $1 shop, felt like a cheap picnic sheet. It's extremely thin and insubstantial and there doesn't appear to be any great level of craftsmanship. Maybe that's the point though? Must be a handy profit for the seller. I have worn it and it does keep me dry. It dries off quickly and stores easily in its pouch. And it looks OK. I got the medium and it's very snug even though I'm quite small-framed (5'8", 150 lb) and lean build. I was hoping to use it in the winter over a medium-weight coat, since I often ride a moped, but I don't think that'll be an option.Anyhow, I suppose the lightweight and portability is what's valued by bike riders. Best White Sierra Men's 32-Inch Inseam Insulated Pant Deals
I bought two pair of these, one for each of my sons for Christmas. We don't generally get snow where we live, but can drive a few hours and be in the mountains. I wanted to get them something of reasonable price and quality considering this is not something they would be wearing every day. Living in New Hampshire most of my life I have owned several pairs of snow pants over the years, and I would say these are true to size, good quality and a great price. I would definitely recommend these!
These have plenty of room to add multiple layers if it gets colder.
Bought these pants, and skied in them over 15 times and no problems. They're a little puffy, but I was never cold, and never wet after plenty of falls :)

After visiting a local ski store, I was shocked to find that the ski pants were all retailing for $100 plus, even with 40% to 50% off, they were $60. Since I was going spring skiing, I decided to take my chance with ski pants from amazon. Needless to say, these pants were perfect. I was skiing in 40 to 50 degree weather in Colorado and never had any issues with my pants. These have plenty of room to add multiple layers if it gets colder.

Fit true to size, I am a size 38 (tight) and the large was plenty big enough. Heck of lot less expensive than buying expensive snow pants. Review of Fox Men's Motion Elite Fashion Sneaker
Very light sneaker, never wore a sneaker like this...I guess runners and soccer players wear light sneakers. I put them on and felt like a ninja...comfortable like a pair of slippers. Only downfall is very vulnerable to stubbing your toes, not much protection in front. But I wont let that get in my way when I'm scaling a tree...cause I'm a ninja now!

Minus33 Merino Wool Workhorse Multisport Full Sock Reviews
I'm from CA, so I never really had to deal with being very cold. Cotton socks were the only socks I knew, and they were always fine. When I moved to Jersey a few years ago however, I noticed something different It's COLD in the winter. My feet were always the first to get cold whether inside or out. I finally read up on clothing/fabrics/layering and realized that cotton was not the best thing to wear as a base layer for keeping warm.
After searching for various options, I found these, which are great. They are long and keep my feet much warmer.
midweek and received them at my doorstep Friday PM. Good sock, good quality, for dollar-value. Minus33 staff were also easily available by telephone and/or email to discuss their product.

Cheap Minus33 Merino Wool Kodiak Expedition Full Zip Hoody
I'm 5'8 140 and got the extra small which was still big and loose. The hoodie is super comfortable though, the thumb loops feel fine no pulling or circulation cut off when i'm riding. The wind blows through it though, but that's just testament to the breathability of merino wool. It's warm if your hiking or out and about. The hood fits loose. The pockets are ample and i don't worry too much about stuff falling out. The best part is that it never holds stink. I wanted something a little more fitted, but as for the construction of this hoodie it's solid. Hope this helped.
Let me just say, the thumb holes stink. I am a female with very small hands. The thumb holes feel like they are choking off my circulation. So, if you're a dude, (or a girl with big hands) don't count on using the thumb holes. Seriously, stretching the thumb holes just a bit, I could get a quarter in the hole. Tiny. And round. They should be somewhat oval to be comfortable. Anyway, I can live with that, I didn't buy it for the thumb holes.
Thin. This is very thin fabric. If you hold it up to a light, you can see light right through it. Not what I would even come close to calling "expedition weight" anything, unless you're taking an expedition to say, Key West or some other not so cold place. For WI, this thing is fit for a late spring or early fall day perhaps, and no more.
The sizing is accurate. It may run slightly (very slightly) large, but remember, it's wool. Once it's washed it will get just a bit smaller. Order accordingly.
Color, well it only comes in black. It's a nice rich dark black, doesn't appear likely to fade or "grey out" over time. It's got a nice YKK zipper, but it's plastic, where I'd have preferred metal myself. But that is a personal preference...I've just found that the plastic ones sometimes break teeth in the cold.
Overall, I'm happy enough to keep the hoody, but it's NOT what I was hoping for. It needs to be twice as thick, the thumb holes modified and it'd be nice if it were to be offered in different colors, but that isn't really important. Three stars for what amounts to a hooded sweatshirt for "chilly" but not cold days.
The Eh: When riding a motorcycle, there's a slight draft, but it is waaaaaay less than I have in any other hoodie and it retains most heat. The zipper also appears to unzip easiest when unzipping with my left hand. I have no idea what causes that, but I'll write it up to quirks. Pricy too, but so far I feel like it does what it should .
The Bad: Honestly, nothing bad save that you should wash cold and probably air-dry it to help it last a long time. The price isn't even atrocious for the quality.
Best of luck, hope this helps!

I ordered this hoody during a black friday sale (the regular price is just unreasonable.). I was hoping, being that it's 100% Merino wool that it would be nice and thick and warm. After all, it is touted as "expedition weight." When it arrived I was immediately impressed with it's softness. No itchy wool here! Seems well made, sturdy enough.Let me just say, the thumb holes stink. I am a female with very small hands. The thumb holes feel like they are choking off my circulation. The Great: This hoodie has shown no real signs of wear since I purchased it several months ago. The material is still comfortable after weekly washings, the loopholes around my thumbs neither appear stretched or wearing at all, and I would use this during the cold months religiously. This hoodie doesn't retain scents like my other ones do, and I've had to almost fight to keep it from being stolen. This is by far my most comfortable hoodie, I will update if any part of it ever wears out, but I'm hoping this is going to last quite a long time. The Eh: When riding a motorcycle, there's a slight draft, but it is waaaaaay less than I have in any other hoodie and it retains most heat. This is the best hoodie I've ever owned. It's so warm and the weight is great. Thumb holes make it a perfect layering piece. I'm 5'2" 135 and the X-Small is the perfect size, loose enough to allow layers and long body design prevents it from riding up and exposing your lower back. Best Blackhawk Men's 1700 Shirt Deals
The fabric is heavy and just like I like. The sizing is a little larger than expected, but it is a very comfortable shirt. I ordered the 3XL since I am a bigger guy, but am sure I would easily be able to wear the 2XL just as comfortably.
On the plus side:
Very comfortable fabric
Well made
Does a good job with concealed carry long enough to do the job but not too long
My wife thinks they look good on me not a big deal but its nice that she likes them
Negatives:
I usually wear a large but in this shirt I go with XL. The large does not allow my shoulders to swing freely. Large fits great on my torso but the shoulders are a little tight, I am 6'0" 220lb with a size 17.5 neck
The sleeves hit the break in my elbow and I don't like that. It took a local seamstress to make the sleeves right.

I'm 5'11" @ 190lbs, I ordered an XL first time and it really is too big-but I do wear it! So I ordered my second one in Large and it fits great-nice and loose with enough overhang for concealing IWB. The shirt is lightweight summer wear; I washed it and threw it in the dryer, pulled it out of the bundle of clothes in the dryer after being in there all night--wow, no wrinkles! These are the kind of shirts I love to wear most of the time, the only thing that would make it better is prym snaps instead of buttons. Outdoor Research Misto Sombrero Hat Reviews
Needed a rain hat because I cannot use an umbrella to walk dog since one hand holds leash and the other holds a cane. (rain jacket hoods either blow off or obstruct my vision). This hat is comfortable even in very warm weather and the rain just bounces off. The misty rose is a lovely color too.
The chin strap is easy to adjust and comfortable.

I ordered the turquoise color, and while the photo here showed it with a green brim and a square top, I got solid turquoise, including the brim, with the interior being a dark grey and the cord a lighter grey, and it had a more rounded top. This is perfect, the fit is great plus I love the look, and it's still adjustable like the Outdoor Research Seattle Sombrero Rain Hat. It's better than the Seattle Sombrero because the brim is stiff and won't blow up in the wind; even if there was a magnificent gust, there's no velcro on the sides of the hat so the sides wouldn't fasten themselves up. So glad I ordered!Best Deals for Outdoor Research Misto Sombrero Hat
This hat is good looking, fits well and repels rain. One small note: the wide brim in back is designed to keep the rain off your neck but in the wind, it acts like a foil to lift the hat off your head! Synching it down keeps the hat on, fortunately.Honest reviews on Outdoor Research Misto Sombrero Hat

5.11 #74003 Men's Ripstop TDU Pants Review
There's a reason when you think "tactical pants," 5.11 immediately comes to mind. These are the gold standard for these types of pants and though they are often imitated, they are never equalled (sorry for the cliche, but it's true).
I'm a firearms instructor who wears these every day and have no complaints whatsoever about the quality, the utility, and the comfort of these pants. They are heavy and might be just a little bit warm on a hot day (think Carhartt dungarees for a close comparison), but beyond that, they're as close to perfect as you can get.
Seriously, I'm not the gushing type who commonly gives 5 star reviews, but these things are worth it.
The price that PapaShoe is charging for these is outrageous though. Look around (you won't have to look very hard or long) and you'll find them for 30 dollars cheaper.

These are high quality duty pants. The stitching is well done and the fabric is thick everywhere it needs to be. Lots of pockets, but not enough to be gaudy or overdone. I feel these pants will really hold up well. There's a spot to insert kneepads which can be purchased separately, which I thought was pretty cool. FYI I ordered an X Large regular and they are a little big on me. I am 6 feet tall and 215lbs with a 36 inch waist. They are the perfect size for the times that I conceal carry my Glock though. :)
