The week prior to NYE, I received this midweight zip in grey. At first I was struck by how light it was, but little did I know this product can insulate whether idle or during athletic activities. Do yourself a favor for the cold season and pick one up. Do not, however, substitute for a lesser / cheaply made item that sports the 100% Merino Wool tag. The reason being? Other products simply don't compare. Fake merino wool products will pill, shrink, and cause all sorts of regret. Not this. It washes well (do note, wool has natural anti-bacterial properties so you don't even need to wash it often!), it performs spectacularly, and comes from a great company. Lets talk about Minus33 & how they truly care for their customers. On the Friday before NYE weekend, I sent out an email to the company regarding a peculiar manufacturer defect. It was so unique that on Saturday (don't forget non-business hours & NYE weekend) I received a reply from a man by the name of Todd Allain, whom I believe to be "up there" in the company hierarchy. He profusely apologized and was sincerely concerned for me. It got to the point that I asked Mr. Allain that we should correspond until after NYE because I felt guilty for bringing up such issues during festivities (I honestly was not expecting a reply until after). Sometime afterwards, I cooperated with them in sending the item back to be investigated within internal sewing mills. They of course sent me another one pronto and for a steep discount. Since then I've told many family & friends about Minus33!

I have 3 of these + last years Patagonia 3 in this weight. I see no difference in performance in any of these. Quality is Excellant in all. Can feel no difference in itch. The Minus33 is a bit better fit, but maybe that's just a personal thing. If price were the same I would pick the Minus 33 over Patagonia or Smartwool, however thats not a consideration as their product is considerably less expensive.

Overall, Very pleased. The company is easy to work with and one of the most responsive I've dealt with.

I also have their t-shirt in the light weight and it is excellant. Hopefully a light zip long sleeve in colors will be coming in the future.

I am over 50, and work outside alot inthe pacific NW. Temps 40-50 cold wet wind and rain. My previous base layers are over 10 years old, it is very hard to find clothes that fit active women who are not yoga models.

I am wearing a mans meduim over another merino baselayer, then a flecce windstop vest. I am comfortable and dry all day. a good buy, the blue is very dull, I wish I had bought the green.

I will return the womans xl, it also fit perfectly, better in the arm lenght, but the weight of the wool was lighter, and I wanted this as a second layer. Second layers are a bit hard to find.

Everyone should get to wear Minus 33 clothing! Can we make it an entitlement? Wears beautifully, washes wonderfully, gives snuggly comfort. Our son loves his, I love mine, relatives who received shirts for christmas loved them. Hubby is a big guy who wears a size 3 x shirt and needs length as he is 6'4" so we couldn't find one in this brand to fit him. We feel guilty that he is left out of the comfort. I especially love my wool baseball cap for hiking!!!

Quality. Hard to believe but yes, we found quality in this brand. Follow laundering directions and you should enjoy for years unless the moths enjoy it more.LOL! Keep months out with Rosemary in the closet versus poisonous moth balls!

Giving it 3 stars because the shirt is nice, but with no sizing chart of its own and relying on Amazon's was a mistake. I wear size medium to large depending on the brand (and even some brands I have to go between sizes). I am 5'10" 190 lbs and ordered the large, its HUGE, color was for a size 18 neck, and the mid section of the shirt could have supported a 240 pound person my height. Only good things were the length of the sleeves and shirt itself. Makes me reluctant to order a medium since its likley to have shorter sleeves and overall length along with the mid section and neck which were oversized. Maybe I just got a bad QC shirt that should have been marked XL...

The fit is true to size. It looks great. Seems to hold both its shape and its soft texture. Hope it holds up in multiple washings because I am sure that it is going to be worn often.

Loved the fabric of these pants but I'd probably have to grow about three feet in both directions for them to be remotely slim fitting. Great for my self esteem, horrible to be warm while running. Note these pants do not have a draw string which is super important to me when running because I don't want my pants to move a single inch. I'd also estimate the inseam about about 35 inches.

The quality is good I guess I have not wore them to the gym yet, the colors are nice too, I bought 2 pairs. The only thing I do not like about them at this point is the fact that they are very thin and since the pants are meant to be tight to the legs and rear you will see any imperfection you may have in these areas, :( you must also wear a thong if you don't want to see the lines of your panties.

I really like this jacket! First impression is that it is well designed and well made. I have a 2-part commute, half downhill (cold) , a train ride, and then half uphill (warming up). So I can pop the sleeves off on the train -perfect! They slide right off in 1 piece and store small. To put them back on, you just put the vest on, put the sleeves on like a small jacket and the magnets mostly line up on their own-very cool!

The SF Bay Area usually has chilly mornings, warm afternoons, but can go from foggy, cold and windy to hot and sunny in minutes. The Morphis and a long-sleeve top will covers almost any condition from spring to fall and packs up reasonably light. Highly recommended for chilly commutes and unpredictable weather!

fit: I'm 6'1", 230, broad in the shoulders, and the XXL is a good size to wear over 2 layers (t-shirt and a long sleeve). It would be too tight in the shoulders for any more layers, so in the winter I will still wear my heavier shell with a looser fit.

Bought one of these last year and wore it daily through the winter. The jacket is great as a wind breaker and keeps off the rain well. The detachable back/sleeves work really well and can be carried on the bike for a quick change if the weather changes. However, the zipper is of predictably crappy quality and my jacket did not last a year before the zipper would no longer stay closed. Still waiting to see if Cannondale will replace my $100 jacket under warranty or not (but I have my suspicions......!!)

This jacket does the trick. Definitely waterproof... almost to a fault. This is one of those rain shells that makes your arms sweeeeeaaaaaaaaaat in the summer. The precipitation won't get you... but your perspiration... that's another story. The solution is just to accept that they're going to be wet and remove the sleeves. At least you'll be cool. The sleeves pull off with no trouble and store relatively easily in the rear pocket. Just don't count on carrying anything else in there.

I'm 6'2" 215lb, and ordered a 2XL. Fit is pretty close to perfect in the torso, but the sleeves tend to flap noisely in the wind.

Any issues I have with this jacket are present in pretty much every rain shell I've ridden with. This isn't my favorite jacket ever, but it's not my least favorite.

Really. You'll be glad you did. I admit I was skeptical. Jacket sleeves and back yoke attached by magnets ("...a planet where apes evolved from men?"). But it does work. Admittedly, you want to stop and get off the bike before reattaching the sleeves to avoid some frustration. But it saves having to pack a jacket *and* a vest. I've worn regular cotton shirts underneath as well as both short and long sleeve bike jerseys.

It's comfortable, looks good, fits well. I wouldn't depend on it to keep me dry in a downpour, but I wouldn't bike in a downpour and neither should you.

I shopped and shopped and shopped (continue "and shopped" 30 times) for a quality chalk bag that was very basic in design. Read tons of reviews, and finally settled on this one. I'm pleased to say I couldn't be happier. The black and grey design was exactly what I was looking for. I'm typically climbing with black/grey/white clothing, with grey and black shoes, so it doesn't stand out like an eye sore. I'm a guy, I don't really care about being fashionable, I just don't know what stand out like a sore thumb. Aesthetics aside, it really is a quality bag. Strong stitching, the draw string pulls the opening shut tightly (no leaks), and its just the right size that I don't feel something slapping around every time I make a somewhat dynamic movement. I don't bother using the belt that comes with it, I use a non-locking carabiner instead.... so much easier when top roping.... and I don't keep it strapped to me when bouldering. People have complained about the belt, but I see it as a cheap solution until you can get a carabiner for it.

This is my 2nd Suunto Vector, I've had the 1st one for over 12 years, and it still works, I thought it was dead when some water got in it due to a leaking seal from many battery changes.

My only complaint is that the yellow isn't a bright racing yellow, but more of an orange yellow. But I like the negative face, which is much more visible in the sunlight.

It`s my 2nd one I have X Black as well. This yellow finishing is crazy nice, the strap in newer one is more flexible but if is it as well durable??? It`s just a bit thiner. I have in use Velcro strap as well nice.

I was considering this model for quite long, and then I watched "127 hours" great film about some "adventure" and about...THIS watch IMHO:-))) I pushed the button.

All Suuntos are great, someday I think I`ll invest in some Core, I also have casio ProTrek PRG 240 not bad, but I prefere Vector.

Purchased this watch now three times. First the Military Black on black. The numbers were hard to read in the light or with the watch illuminated. So I returned it for a white face black watch. This watch had ghosting with other numbers on the face of the watch. I called the customer support and they told me to purchase another battery for the watch (even though it was new). I changed the battery and still the problem continued. So my second watch also was returned.

I thought this is a fluke, Let me try the yellow dial watch with a black face. It looks nice and had some great reviews. I just got it in yesterday, I was excited because of a trip i'm taking next week to Zion. I'll try out the watch and see how it works. The "mode" button sticks and doesn't work properly. Seriously? I have given this watch three tries and now I am giving up on this brand. Obviously their quality control is lacking and customer support is worthless.

I purchased my Suunto Vector watch to be able to track altitude during a recent 104-mile ultra run. I used the watch in combination with a Garmin FR70, which tracked distance. It was important to me to have a way to be able to get accurate readings on distance and altitude without worrying about battery life or charging a device while running. While it would be great to have one watch with an extended battery life that does both, such a tool does not exist. The Vector gave accurate readings throughout the race and was instrumental in telling me where I was on the mountain at all times. The biggest benefit of purchasing this watch is that now I have a great looking, fully functional time piece that I can take anywhere. Love it.
