If you are the type that likes to change colors with your outfit or always have gloves that look pristine I would recommend buying a stack of these (because they're cheap) and then throw them away after a half season.

The fit is great and the lack of cheesy stripes or a velcro enclosure is certainly attractive, but if you ride with these a lot and decide to hand wash them the palm will become hard and crusty and the black bits will bleed profusely into the white, turning it pink.

I've been searching far and wide for a good replacement for the discontinued Adidas Adistar gloves as they had superior ventilation and light weight like these, but unfortunately these are not it.

What I love most about these gloves is that they have 2 loops to grab to pull them off. I previously used a pair from LLBean which has been discontinued and all the new ones seem to have only one little flap on the ring finger to pull the glove off. Seems to me that pulling from only 1 flap could tear and/or wear out faster than pulling from 2 loops. So I was very happy to find these gloves with the 2 pull loops on each glove. After placing the order I read a review that indicated the size was inaccurate and to order UP. It was too late for my order, and sure enough, the gloves are way too small. The gloves themselves seem finelightweight material, adequate padding (not too much, not too little). Just be careful when ordering based on your size.

I bought this since i was preparing me to the rain season here in Mexico City and the results are pleasing: a couple of rainy days ending with dry feet after a 10 mile commute. I had to stop the ride another day within the same commute after a 3-5 minutes during a storm because the road went out of visibility, however my feet still were dry but cold.

I think the quality is good but i must say that it does not look like it will last forever so better use it carefully, trying not to walk so much while wearing it, taking care to not use shoes with metallic ornaments, or hide laces to avoid a puncture in the shells and trying to adjust them very well. However, maybe they don't last more than a season if you use them daily.

By the way, i ordered the XXL size and works great on an US 11 size street shoes with thick rubber soles. It looks like it could cover another middle size up.

I ordered a XXL. I wear a size 13 shoe in almost every brand, including my Pearl Izumi MTB shoes. These were actually a little baggy. which is perfect, because they fit over my size 13 Nike cross trainers as well. Dual use is always a good thing in my opinion. I will keep this updated when the rainy season hits.

If you have shin splints get these. They will fit on anyone 6ft 7 and shorter. Also if you are over 300lbs with thick calves, but my only issue is they are easy to tear, you have to be carefull putting them on and taking them off.

This is a nice calf compression sleeve. It does the job. CEP seems a bit nicer feel for my use.

However, the lower cuff on the Zoot came unstiched within 90 days of moderate to regular use. This may or may not be typical you decide. It's too late for me to return this pair of Zoot calf compression sleeves, return was 30 days guess I'll see if it can be sewed back up. 28 October 2013: WIFE SEWED IT and it's good. Prefer it to the CEP.

I'm writing this review and pasting it under the other Hunters Spec. Tek 4 clothing items I purchased this season. The clothing is comfortable and feels almost like silk. I'm gonna have to repeat everything I did this opening season because I shot my first deer in a spot I had been hunting for 3 years now. I had the boxers, under shirt, under pants, hat and mask all under my normal gear. I'm not going to give the clothes ALL the credit but they had to have helped and felt good, too. I'm going to be more than happy to buy another set to have a backup. P.S. I'm not sharing this secret with the other members in my hunt club, lol

I own a pair of these as well as a pair of pink hi-tops. The reason why should be obvious: low-tops are great when it's summer and the weather is warm and balmy, but they are so exposed that you'll feel even the slightest breeze, especially when wearing shorts or such. These honestly don't provide much more warmth than wearing sandals with socks. Also for that reason, it can look strange to wear these with long socks, unless you like the "soccer player" look. Anyway...

They say that "it takes a real man to wear pink", but even among women and girls who wear Converse, pink is an uncommon color. These make quite a statement no matter what crowd you run with. In some ways it can even be a safety measure, as they make you easy to identify in a multitide. Because they are so unique, people that wouldn't normally remember or even pay you a second glance will tend to look twice and/or learn to recognize you I think that alone makes these worth the money compared to any other shoe.

In addition, unlike many shoes, Converse don't mind being thrown in the washing machine for occasional cleaning (just avoid the bleach, or you'll fade them quite fast). Thus, I don't mind wearing these everywhere, because if they get dirty it's no big deal.

Speaking of fading, pink Converse have to be worn for awhile before they resemble the color of the image shown they are a bit more bright, deep pink than they appear. They are not "neon pink" (a separate and easily distinguished color), but nonetheless pinker than the image.

Converse almost invariably seem to run a half size larger, and these are no exception. So if you're a 9.5, get a 9, etc. These were my second pair, and like my first, I'm glad that I tried them on in a store before ordering it would have been a rather unpleasant surprise.

Also true to most Converse, these have little to no arch support, a thinner sole compared to most modern shoes (i.e. you'll feel it if you step on a rock or such), and don't take too kindly to being worn in the rain, mud, snow, etc. I certainly wouldn't run a mile or take a hike in them. For those reasons, I've got to knock one star, as much as I otherwise love these shoes.

These are good rain pants. They are easy to get on, and have a very easy to use system of loosening and tightening around the leg. I would not recommend using them with pants underneath them in temperatures above 45 degrees or so, as you are likely to overheat. A slight problem I had with these pants was that as I put my leg through, my feet would often become caught in the inner lining material, and I even ripped it accidentally. The manufacturer was either too generous with the liner material, or it was not really put in carefully. It should be easier to quickly get the pants on.

Great pants for wintertime bike commutes in wet weather. Sturdy, completely unbreathable (NB), warm, I've worn them twice in light, cold rains and they we perfect. I wear them in temps of 25-40 degrees, but would not wear them if it were warmer as they would be too hot, even with just shorts underneath. They have zippers on the cuff and 2 velcro adjusters along the calf to get them as snug as you want, but still allow you to put them on easy over winter socks, knickers, or tights. They have a little mesh spot under the waist that is supposed to let air circulate.....I just hope that that does not become the weak link in these pants as time goes on.

I do/did wish they had a pocket, but oh well.

This is a very durable product. Perhaps a bit larger than expected. My biggest complaint is the "Coyote" colored marker. I was deeply surprised at how dark the product was in comparison to the photo listed in Amazon. Perhaps I was expecting to receive a desert tan color rather than an awkward dark brown color. When attached, the marker to military spec desert boots differed so greatly that it made the boots look awkward. The photograph posted on Amazon appears to best represent a tan-like color but only does so when directly placed under extreme lighting conditions. To provide an example, a simple desert tan shoe string or desert boot issued by Bates, Wellco and Rothco gives the tan marker by Hazard 4 an OD brown appearance rather a desert appearance (identical to the Reebok Men's Rapid Response RB RB8896 boot). If you have a black or OD green issued boot, then perhaps the other colors would better blend in with your desired actual boot. In defense of Hazard 4, if you wish for the blood-type marker to stand out and be immediately recognized then this should do the trick and perhaps you will be very pleased.

For some reason I thought that they'd be smaller so I could fit the lacer's across the bottom of each shoelace, but that's my fault for not reading the actual size. The shoes are nice looking and of good quality unfortunately they run very small. I read other reviews saying the same thing but decided to take a chance since the price was good. I got them in a 42.5 the equivalent of a 10.25. My normal shoe size is a 9.5/10 so I thought they would be ok. The fit was marginal when I tried them on but during spin class they were extremely uncomfortable due to feeling too small. Sadly it's too late to return them.

This was my first pair of cycling shoes. I'd previously been riding on my road bike with regular running shoes and recently felt I was ready to start clipping in. I've ridden about 120 miles in these shoes so far.

As a beginner I could have easily purchased a more basic pair of shoes, but I got a great deal on this higher-end shoe for a price comparable to a more mid-level shoe. The silver/charcoal looks great. The black accents balance the shoe so it isn't too shiny that it would blind people on a sunny day. It's not super white like a lot of road and mountain bike shoes. It's more walkable (although more awkward than a regular flexible shoe) than a road shoe, a feature I already knew I wanted. Cosmetically, they've already gotten a little scuffed up from my slips from getting used to clipless shoes, but functionally they're very solid. Not sure how well they will hold up in mountain biking versus road biking.

What I really loved about the Sicas is that they are so comfortable from the moment I put them on. Normally I'm a size 8 in athletic shoes and I bought a size 40. I've read reviews that these fit small and to order 1-2, maybe even 2.5 sizes up. However, I was able to try them on in person before buying so that really helped. If you can find a great deal on these shoes, I'd recommend giving these a try otherwise they can be pretty pricey.

The cap came much earlier than expected! HOWEVER, THE RED DOES NOT MATCH AMAZON'S PICTURE. It fits nicely on big heads, nonetheless, though it doesn't feel like a traditional cycling cap. I'd still give it a 5/5 in terms of fit.

The ExOfficio Geotrek'R shirt is perhaps one of the best shirts I have owned. Why? Well, for one thing the materials of which the shirt is constructed are VERY durable, being made from rip-stop nylon. This was the biggest factor for which I purchased this shirt. You can't go wrong with nylon; the stuff lasts forever. Furthermore, the shirt feels like your wearing nothing at all, for it is super lightweight and very breathable. The shirt feels as though it is a dual purpose article of clothing; semi-casual wear or something you'd wear when your camping or making a day hike. I purchased this shirt to help me feel comfortable and look professional while working in the EXTREMELY hot climate of Iraq. After wearing the shirt all day and being outside in 115 degree weather, the shirt looked as though I had just purchased it and I was comfortable because it didn't look as though I was wearing a shirt that was sweat stained or dirty, despite the austere conditions in which I found myself. The shirt is wickable, has a 30+UPF sun guard protection rating (meaning the shirt protects your skin from the sun's rays and withstands being in the sun without becoming damaged itself, such as fading.), and the shirt will dry rather quickly if it becomes wet. I tested this by completely submersing the shirt in water and letting it dry outside in 90 degree weather (which is night time temperature in Iraq!!!). It was completely dry within approximately 10 minutes. The shirt is wrinkle resistant, so it always has a nice, ironed look.

I could not find anything wrong with the shirt. The stitching and cut of the shirt is meticulous and well made. I think the only thing ExOfficio could have done better is offer a broader selection of colors for the shirt because most of the colors offered for the shirt seem a bit extreme or radical. Other than that, the shirt is the best around in quality and construction. You won't go wrong in purchasing this shirt.

I just received this shirt and it looks well-made and has a nice casual styling! BUT...I normally wear "large" size shirts, but this one is too small for me. The shirt has a very "slim cut" shape/size, so be aware of that when you order. I'm going to give this shirt to my son, who normally wears medium size shirts and I'll order one size larger than normal (Extra Large) and it should fit well.

The GeoTrek'r line of shirts by ExOfficio is the best shirt ever for travel. They are very light for packing, they wash easily in a sink, dry quickly, and the wrinkles just fall off of them within minutes of putting them on. No ironing needed. When I pull it out of the suitcase, I think, uh-oh, it's a little wrinkled, but I lay it out, rub my hands over the wrinkles, put it on, and when I am ready to leave the room, I look in the mirror... no wrinkles. Great shirt.

I especially like the angled side pocket. The pocket is the cat's meow, what really what makes the shirt exactly what I need. I tried Exofficio's Trip'R style (Exofficio Men's Trip'r Stripe Short Sleeve Shirt) with the pocket access on top, and I was always having trouble getting what I wanted out of my pocket. This GeoTrek'r version is MUCH better. It has a very large pocket. I can even throw my sunglasses in there and zip it up. Normally my sunglasses stay on my head, but sometimes, just saying, they fit in there. I love it for when I am in train stations, airports, checking into hotels, etc. My passport, tickets, confirmation printouts, etc. can be slipped into the pocket and instantly retrieved when needed. I am taking my family on an around the world trip next month, so I am ordering a few new ones just to have some other colors to wear. I can generally travel with just two short sleeve versions like this one, and one long sleeve version. I might carry a third short sleeve one this trip, again, just to have another color to wear. I love these shirts and highly recommend them for travelers.
