My husband bought me the 10US white tennis top and skort for my birthday and I just love it = the fit is perfect and can't believe all the compliments i get everytime I wear it. I was a little worried about washing the outfit with the beautiful swarovski crystals but I just turned it inside out and washed it on gentle, and hung it up to dry. These are well-fitting and true to size. They are the thinnest wool socks that Darn Tough offers (if you're prone to hot feet), but are still durable and come with a lifetime guarantee. They are not as good at keeping feet warm as my thicker Darn Tough socks, but they are great for running. They are slightly thicker in the toe and heel. No seams to get under your toes. The middle hugs your foot and prevents the sock from sliding around your shoe. For those who prefer low rise socks, know that these go above your ankle bone and will be visible in sneakers or running shoes. The DTV color is true to the picture and looks great.

after reading a lot of the reviews on MaxxDry, i decided to order one to dry out my surfing boots and gloves even though they were new, after just the first session they stunk like roadkill as I tried drying them out of a steam heat radiator in my small NYC apartment. I ordered this model instead of the wide body because the price was so much better and it came with the boot towers. after a couple of hours, my boots/gloves are dry and odor free. I'd also say the motor is much quieter than expected i thought it was going to sound like a hair-dryer running, but it's more comparable to the hum of a small room fan you might use during the summer to create a breeze. This was a great bonus bc I work from home, in a small apartment and couldn't afford to be using the phone while trying to hear/shout over a loud fan/motor running in the background. I don't even notice the noise which is great. I hope it holds up but even if it only makes it a year or so, I'd def just get another one for $49 = $0.13 a day for a year of dry, non-smelling gloves and boots. looking forward to using it on snowboarding boots, running shoes and cycling shoes, too. great product and much easier than trying to make my own contraption from PVC and all that. one click order, showed up the next day, done and done. also seems smaller, lighter and more compact than expected which I like bc it's easy to get "over geared" doing a few sports. this easily fits in an out of the way corner and does its job better than expected.

Bought this for a household with 5 kids who love to go sledding during cold MI winters. Works within 1-2 hours to have boots and gloves dried for next adventure outside. Sure beats what I had to do as a kid--leaving boots/gloves on heat vent all night only to have damp boots in am! quiet--can only hear it standing right next to unit. I could not notice ANY odors while boots were drying. Plan on getting another!

yes it works. warm almost hot air will dry your boots gloves ect.. I would advise rotation of your wet product. ie tilt boots/gloves . I am a traveling carpenter/framer. I have it next to my bed in a hotel room(the only plug-in). maxx dry xl blows tons of air so unit is a little noisy. I wish the box was also a travel kit. my dog ate the box it came in the box must have been packaged just after lunch? anywho I made a wood box fearing it would break. its plastic 100%. I bought another for my bro-inlaw. he also loves the forced air system vs the radiant heat method others try to employ. he had anothers version and gave it away.

I live in Anchorage, Alaska. I bought 2 pair of these jods last summer, and they are a great fitting, three season pair of riding pants. I wear them under my schooling chaps or by themselves, english or western, and they are nice and snug w/out being "too tight". Love them too as they are traditional Jod length (below ankle) and don't look goofy when you slip off your tall boots! Grips well on the saddle. Recommend you try a pair!

The dress is exactly what I'm needing for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. It feels nice to wear and is perfect for sitting around. I think the dress runs a full size too big. I'm 5'7", 155 lbs, 34 DD and the size small fits me. I'm currently nursing and am hoping the dress isnt too big when I'm done and loose a little weight. I do like the fact that the arm holes are large and allow for a shirt underneath. The fabric is a little thin (but it's a summer dress so you wouldn't want anything thicker really) so I have to wear little shorts underneath. Very cute dress to throw over a swimming suit or to just lounge in. I have just started replacing a lot of my clothes with nice wool pieces. I love how they hold up and don't get wrinkles. Also love that the material doesn't hold moisture against my body. This is my first time trying the Icebreakers brand. I have had good luck with WoolOvers and am hoping this dress holds up just as well.

Pearl iZUMi Men's Quest Cycling Short Review

I have gone through a LOT of bike shorts. From the $20 specials the the $120 "pro models". These bike shorts feel just as good as the $120 models. IF you are considering a cheapie pair of shorts, please don't do it. Cheap shorts are a waste of money. THESE are quality shorts at a great price. A "best bang for your buck".

A few tips on bike shorts in general that not everyone is aware of. ALL lines bike shorts are intended to be worn without underwear! If you don't believe me, get out your google. If you are going to wear underwear, then don't bother with bike shorts. ALSO, you MUST wash your shorts after every use. Give them a quick wash in cold and hang dry.

These look and feel top-notch. I'm very happy with my purchase. As for fit, I'm a male with a size 31 waist and with medium-build legs (not jacked and not scrawny), and the medium fits like a glove. I was right between SM and MED, but went with the size up since a lot of biking stuff runs small. The small is 28/30, and medium is 32/34, and although I'm a 31, the MED works great.

This is the most comfortable & best performing pair of cycling shorts I've owned. The last pair of another make had a similar style of padding that I got from my bike shop. These far surpass those and at a better price. Delivery was unexpectedly quick as well. I'll be buying a 2nd pair of these rather than switching between this better pair and my older breaking down shorts (one is 5 years old, the other only 2 years and is already breaking down).

I would recommend these to anyone who's looking for a new pair.

I like them so much that I bought a second pair, and I'll buy more in the future to slowly phase out my old ones.

There's plenty of padding in the chamois but it's flexible enough to move with you. I'm still not ready to try out bibs, so a good waistband is worth looking for, especially on long rides. The waistband on these are more comfortable than a pair that I own that cost twice as much. Good leg hems, too. They stay in place and don't feel constrictive.

I have a 33 inch waist, and bought the medium size Quest short as another with the same size suggested a perfect fit, and is correct. Great cycling short for a beginner cyclist. Very comfortable once you get used to the short. As for myself, this is the first cycling short I've worn or bought, and good for the $35 dollar value. As for myself, I do not wear anything under the short. I take a quick shower, apply some suave cucumber with aloe moisturizing lotion to my thighs, butt and groin...basically the saddle area where the short covers your skin. The firmness is something to get used to as is personal adjustments. Well worth the comfort, and not chafing. The padding on this short is more toward the butt area and thinner toward the taint and groin area. So as previously stated, if your an avid rider and more crouched in an aerodynamic position, you may find this short a bit uncomfortable and or want to find a differently padded short. Fine for beginners, 20-30 mile ride or 1-2 hrs. The black color is great for hiding the sweat, and I do sweat. Hope this helps. I'm 5'11" 160lbs 33" waist.

Buy 5.11 #48099 Chameleon Softshell Jacket

I'm a law enforcement officer who works primarily in plain clothes. I purchased this jacket to use on the job. My observations:

1) The jacket itself is attractive and warm. It's a near perfect windbreaker... if it wasn't for the flaws below, I'd give it a 5 of 5.

2) (Minor quibble): There's an elastic cinch cord that runs around the base of the jacket, so you can cinch the jacket in to be more snug around the waist. Unfortunately, the cord is extremely flimsy: mine caught a key chain in my pocket on the first or second wear, and the cord snapped. So now the jacket is too billowy around the base. It's still functional, but it looks bad.

3) (Major flaw): The main draw (to me) for this jacket is the 2 front/1 rear pull-out identifier panels. Blank panels are included. The problem is that 5.11 doesn't support this jacket by offering pre-embroidered panels or blank replacement panels. 5.11 does offer blank pull out panels for their other jackets, but those don't fit this product. An e-mail to the company confirmed this; they said they'd merely "look into" offering replacement panels in the future. This is a problem. You can have the blank panels embroidered, but if the embroidery machine eats your panels, or if you later change departments, you're out of luck. Guess you need to buy a new jacket if you want new panels. It's not an insurmountable issue (you can always make your own panels with some cloth and velcro), but it would be nice if 5.11 supported their own product a little better. I haven't been able to find commercially made panels anywhere.

This jacket is very comfortable, the warmth is more for a spring/summer night. It's very grey-man style, no unwanted attention from any kind of flare or logos. The holster material is nice and smooth, so there's no snag on the way out. Putting the weapon in the holster can be a pain, but using both hands fixes that. The holster is sized for compact/sub-compact guns, full size guys beware. My only serious complaint about my jacket is the sewn in mag pocket is on the same side as the holster, so if you have to reload in a bind you're spending a few more seconds with the mag's awkward placement.

This was the first KD Dance product I bought for myself. As you can imagine, they are incredibly comfortable. I have very sensitive skin but these are very breathable and, as advertised, don't itch. To me the best part is how fabulous I look in these clothes....I don't have the perfect body, and was nervous about working out in such form fitting clothes, I didn't know if it would be flattering or constricting. I had no need to worry. I feel incredibly sexy in KD dance clothing, and wear them often, definitely not just working out.

I, for one, notice my self wanting to work out more. It is much easier, especially in a gym, or outside, to get your sweat on when you feel like you look great doing it. These make me fell hot and make me want to get hotter!

I now have a rather large collection of clothing from KD dance and love to treat myself to a new look, especially when all that working out is paying off.

I have many of these. The prices offered by amazon are cheaper by a few dollars than those in the stores, so it's a good buy. I especially like the workmanship (these will survive many washings/dryings and daily wear) and the colors (even the pinks and greens are a little muted and easy on the eye, e.g., not neon bright). These are the most comfortable t-shirts I've ever bought, and they are well worth the price as they hold their shape a long time.
