This Dye pod pack is a lot more comfortable and adjustable then I expected. I live in Illinois so obviously I am using it in 85º+ weather and it actually isn't bad at all and seems to vent pretty well. The velcro used on this pod pack is ridiculously strong and is always secure. I know I never have to worry about a pod falling out of my pack when I'm diving from one bunker to the next, or having the pack shift in any way. I doubt I'll ever need to put 11 pods in this pack but there are 11 pod slots in this pack!

I have a 30 inch waist and the pack has room to adjust for a smaller person or even a much larger person. This pack stays in place and wont move around on you as long as you're wearing it properly. Overall I would highly recommend this pod pack, it looks great, fits great, and so far I can truthfully say you cannot go wrong with Dye products.

This pod pack is awesome. Fits perfectly ( I have a 30 in waist) and could easily put someone smaller and a lot bigger. Pods are held in tightly and are ejected when the Velcro is released. It is very well built and you will not run out of room to store you pods.

For purposes of context, I'm predominately a woodsball/scenario player and typically like to use a vest when weather conditions allow. I bought the attack pack to have the option of something lighter to use in hot weather or when I would prefer a lighter load. I am very pleased with this pack for its relative light weight, but also for its surprising functionality compared to other pod packs I've used. Here are some of the things I find important in a pod pack:

Fit 10/10: Very wide range of fit with the ability to tighten considerably for the skinnier folks. I'm a bigger guy and the pack fits me very well.

Weight 9/10: Accomplishes the purposes of a lighter load, though it is a bit heavier than other pods packs I've use, though feels a bit more secure.

Functionality 10/10: The pack can expand to hold more than 4 pods as many good pod packs can, but I was most impressed with the design of this pack because it changes form when you remove a pod. Now this does make it hard to replace pods if you are using this function, but I was surprised to find that the pod pack has molle on either side which I had not been aware of prior to purchase. I bought a grenade pouch and dump pouch from Dye and I now use the dump pouch for spent pods if I want to run with more than 4 in the pack. The molle really only allows for single strap attachments, and I can't imagine why you would want to add another pod pouch, but this is enough for a grenade pouch, dump pouch, or other small pouch. This seems like a great little addition, and I can't imagine why other pod packs I've bought or used haven't incorporated it into their design.

Overall I was more than happy with this purchase, especially since I was concerned I would be losing a lot of space and functionality giving up my vest in hot whether. This pack really give you some expandability options in a much lighter load. Highly recommended.

This is a solid typical tri-blend shirt. It's comfortable, and not too tight. I work out and consider myself muscular and fit. Im around 190 lbs, and stand about 5'9. I ordered XL, which seems to fit well. The shirts do shrink a little, which is fine. The shirt is longer on the torso, so it hangs down slightly, while the sleeves are slightly short. If you work out and have decent arms, they will show about half of your arms/bicep area. My only nag is that I ordered all the same shirts ( I thought) and received two different brands of shirts, which do differ very slightly on the fit. Wish they were a little cheaper.

The shirt is true to the description. Has a great soft feel and a bit of elasticity from the poly and rayon. I have a 48-50 and ordered an XL, which is a perfect fit. It also does not "billow" around the mid as a lot of tee shirts do. Great all around, can't beat the value.

I purchased these snow pants for my 12 year old son, who is fitting into adult-sized clothing now. Most winters I have gone through 2 and even 3 pairs of cheapie nylon snowpants for him, and they have been disappointing they get soaking wet, shred easily, hardware breaks after a few uses. So while I was hesitant to pay $150 for snowpants, I had to contrast that with the $90 per winter (along with the inconvenience of going to the store, finding the right size, etc.) that I was already spending.

My son is currently 5'6" and about 140 pounds. These snowpants are a bit long for him, but the waist is very adjustable, so if they hold up I am certain they will last through 3 winters, possibly more. The Large fits easily over his jeans and can still be adjusted to fit well.

Very very nicely constructed. Waterproof, which is a big deal for me, having dealt with so many sopping-wet pairs of snowpants over the years. Reinforced knees, heavy-duty outer material that won't split open at the least little bit of rough outdoor use. For as warm as they are, they aren't too bulky, using Columbia's reflective Omni-Heat surface to reflect body heat back to the wearer while allowing moisture to escape. Inner thighs have zippered vents to cool down if needed. Well constructed and convenient pockets either zippered, or double-rolled-and-velcro'd.

I will update after this first winter to review after having some use. I bought these to wear with the Columbia Sportswear Men's Lhotse Mountain II Interchange Tall Jacket which also has the Omni-Heat lining.

Well let's see. I live in Minnesota where it frequently gets to temps that are -20*F (-40*F with the wind chills) often. I am a person who does not run cold meaning I usually don't have to overdo how many layers I am wearing. On this particular day the temp had gone down to -14*F with a 10MPH wind (-25*F wind-chill). I had on a merino wool base layer, a heavy and thick Polly fleece lined sweat pant, and these bad boys on over all that. I went out for a regular walk and I have to say I was a bit disappointed that they didn't do a better job insulating the heat. My legs where just on the verge of being cold. They were ok but I could tell that if I was out longer I would have started to feel cold. The quality looks great, the fit was nice. I am just not sure that this Omni heat thing really works. It almost feels like it makes it colder. I would say if your exposure is anything under -5*F with these you will most likely be cold. That is if you outside for more than 20 minutes. If you will be in temps -5*F or higher than these would work perfectly for you. Just depends on what you are doing. If you are standing still like ice fishing then you might feel the cold sooner. Keep in mind it was -29*F with the wind chill when I wore these and they were on the cusp of starting to be cold.

On a side note I also have a Columbia LiMen's Lhotse Mountain™ II Interchange Jacket which I also purchased and I was toasty in that. I did also pick up a pair of the Columbia interchange gloves with the Omni heat. Those really suck even with the extra set of lining gloves inside my fingers were freezing.

I wanted to write a review on this mat since there are so few up here on this mat. I did a lot of research into mats before deciding and read about all the reviews of different mats on different sites and couldn't really find much on this one. Maybe it is relatively new. I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years so I've both owned and tried a number of different mats. Mats have come a long way and evolved a lot over the years and early in my practice I don't even think the natural type rubber mats even existed. Some people think a yoga mat is a yoga mat, but there are different qualities and a good yoga mat really can help improve your comfort level and enhance your practice. But at the same time it isn't necessary to have the best quality mat practice yoga-essentially any mat will do if you are on a budget.

The first review unfairly gave low marks due to an error in the description. The person expected a double scrim and received a single scrim mat and thought it was an older model which is not the case. The single scrim is actually the current new Indigena mat, and the description is just wrong. Not Amazon's fault, but Prana's fault for giving them the wrong information.

Prana actually has an error in their description write up and data which they must passed along to it's resellers.

If you look on Prana's website on the page for this mat (unless they have corrected it), it first says it's a single scrim in the description, then further down incorrectly says on the same page that it is a two scrim three layer mat. If you research there aren't currently any triple layer double scrim models out therethey are all older models and current models are single scrim. The only double scrim is the Prana Revolution which is an older model and a very differently textured type of rubber mat. The other rubber mats similar to the IndigenaJade, Manduka Eko, Natural fitness, etc.are all single scrim.

I had the old 2 scrim triple layer Natural mat (not Indigena) from Prana (prAna Natural Yoga Mat) and in my opinion it was terrible. Completely different texture and seemed like a different material (even though it was natural rubber too), hard and not soft like this one (more like their revolution mat), and much smellier and heavier, but they seemed to have phased it out of their product line.

I don't find this mat to be smelly at all (whereas the old Prana mat I had stunk up my apartment for weeks).

I think the description of this is pretty sparse which can make ordering mats online sometimes difficult and can be disappointing if you get something different than what you were expecting. And returning a heavy mat is a hassle and expensive. So I'll try and describe it as best I can to help those in making a decision.

The mat's rubber seems similar to that the Manduka Eko and the Jade mat. The look is very similar to the Manduka Eko, but with a slightly different pattern on the topa woodgrain instead of grass. I've only seen the Manduka Eko and haven't tried it so I can't really compare anything else about them. The woodgrain actually looks really nice and gives the mat texture and a nice sheen and finish. It seems like it makes the practice side more durable and also makes it less porous so it'll probably absorb sweat less than a jade would (which has the same finish on both sides.) The underside looks the same to me as the Jade mats and Manduka Eko with a tiny cross cut pattern to give it texture. The mat is relatively pliable and easy to bend. It has a very good grip right away especially compared to the cheaper hugger mugger/gaiam pvc type mats. However, I don't sweat heavily and don't practice hot yoga regularly so I can't say how slippery it is when wet. But from reading all the reviews there is always someone who complains about a mat being slippery no matter which mat, so it seems like all mats are slippery when wet and it's just a matter of degreesome being more slippery than others. It seems like the natural rubber ones these days with texture are probably the least slippery though compared to pvc and other plastic mats, but it's probably best to use a yoga towel in hot yoga or if you sweat profusely anyway.

The cushioning is good and soft especially compared to the old Prana natural mat (which was harder and not so bendy/pliable). Compared to the hugger mugger/gaiam pvc type mats it provides more cushion since it is more dense, the budget mats aren't as dense and compress a lot so there is probably the least amount of cushion in those compared to different mats of the equivalent thickness. But the Manduka Prolite and Pro are even denser and a bit more cushioned if you're looking for a lot of cushion, but those are not made of natural rubber and initially not as grippy.

I'm not sure why Amazon has the shipping weight listed as 1 lb, but the mat weighs about 6 lbs. It is on the heavy side, but all of the higher quality mats and rubber mats (Prana, Jade, Manduka) are heavier than the cheaper mats. The only way to go lighter and have a high quality mat is to go thinner (but the tradeoff is less cushioning). Prana does not offer a thinner version of this mat, but Jade and Manduka offer thinner travel versions of their rubber mats.

I can't yet comment on durability since I haven't had it long but it looks like it will be more durable than the Jade mats (which can get stretchy over time and develop worn out areas and shed rubber crumblies.) But rubber mats in general are less durable than their less natural counter parts, so it's probably a safe assumption that a rubber mat will need to be replaced sooner than pvc mats.

If durability is your primary concern the Manduka Pro and Pro lite are probably your best bet since they have a lifetime(!) guarantee.

When I opened the mat and unrolled it for the first time there were a few dusty lighter areas on the mat that looked dirty. It didn't look used, but I thought it was a little odd because it wasn't just on the edges/ends but it was in the center that had been rolled up. When I got on it for the first time, my feet which weren't dirty left lighter dusty marks on the mat as well so I think it is just the nature of the mat to probably show lighter marks from use or any dust. It can easily be wiped away though. But this might bother some people.

Overall, I think this is a really nice mat. The Prana Indigena and the Manduka Eko seem to be the best and highest quality of all the natural rubber mats on the market.

I recently purchased a Manduka Pro and Prolite, so I will likely post reviews on those as well in the future. But compared to the Manduka Pro/Prolite there are some differences. The Manduka Pro/Prolite provides a bit more density and cushion but is a bit harder. Manduka's guarantee on the Pro/prolite can't be beat (but note that Manduka's equivalent rubber mat the Eko doesn't have a lifetime guarantee-just the Pro/prolite), so I like the durability factor, and think it will pick up less dirt than the Indigena and be easier to clean.

I do prefer the soft feel and texture and grippy-ness of the Prana Indigena, and practicing on a natural rubber mat feels really good.

i also have a jade harmony xw and a manduka eko, and this one is my favorite, it does not feel like it will last as long as the eko, but the cushioning is perfect for my knees, but still excellent for balancing. the eko feels a little more stiff. but all three mats are great. the rubber smell of the indigena was not bad, and only noticeable when my face was right over it. this mat is only good on hard surfaces. too floppy for carpet, for carpet there is only manduka.

Bought these for alpine touring, specifically the 100 mile Haute Route traverse from Chamonix to Zermatt -they are fantastic!

Softshell fabric upper leg is much more abrasion resistant, breathable, and the cut fits better than Patagonia's comparable Backcountry Guide Pant. Side leg vents open all the way for maximum cooling when skinning uphill (Patagonia Backcountry Guide Pant with fabric mesh in the leg vents only opens 2 inches max, not cool). With side vents zipped up on the downhill, over a mid-weight base layer, the Trailbreakers completely cut the wind and keep your legs warm even in high winds, or when you're sweated up.

The 5 zippered pockets are terrific, easy to reach, just the right size, so they let you keep all your essentials (passport, snack bars, knife, cash, etc.) in the pants so they never get misplaced when constantly shedding or adding top layers as you heat up on the climb then chill on the descent. Knees and lower leg have a snowproof, waterproof breathable shell, and the removable internal gaiters fit perfectly over my AT ski boots. I'm 6'1", 160 lbs, 32" waist, 34" inseam, the Medium size fit was perfect over a power stretch base layer.

After living in these pants for nine days of continuous ski touring,from valley altitudes and temperatures to 12,500 ft., all snow and weather conditions, plus travel to/from the mountains -they did it all -a phenomenal AT pant from OR!

I bought these for a late-season alpine touring trip. Actually, I ordered several different pants, for comparison, but this was the pair I kept. They were great for the purpose. The ventilation zips were a life-saver. On warm days and tough climbs I pitied my companions who didn't have adequate vents. The light color was good for those very sunny days. The fit was pretty good. They were reasonably (but not completely) water-proof, and reasonably durable-though the cuffs are not completely impervious to sharp ski edge or crampon spikes. The cuffs did fit over my alpine ski boots, which was important to me.

I bought a pair of OR suspenders to go with these-highly recommend that addition.

I wore these skiing in the Dolomites last winter and for a few trips on the east coast nothing backor sidecountry, just alpine/downhill. I really like the reinforced scuff guards, the dual softshell/nylon materials, and the ability to open the side zippers to lose heat (really handy in the Dolomites when the sun came out). These pants are comfortable enough to wear trekking in the spring or fall in wet and/or otherwise undesirable conditions and I'll probably use them for some hiking in cooler weather. I'm 6'3" and usually look for a 34" inseam (OR offers one in their Ferrosi pant), and the Trailbeakers are probably 32", so I wouldn't mind if they were a little longer. They still just barely break over the top of my ski boots.

I purchased these pants this Winter and so far have 40 days of bc skiing on them in the Wasatch Mountains. I don't normally write reviews but Outdoor Research nailed it with these pants. These were definitely well thought out and had serious design input from backcountry skiers. What finally led me to write this review is the bomber material and construction. The first thing I noticed is that they do not stretch out and get all baggy during a tour like some other softshell pants. They fit true to size. They are warm enough for me down to the single digits without long underwear as long as I am moving. They are cool enough with the thigh vents open with temps into the 40's along with the lower leg cuffs turned inside out and pulled up to the knees to let the calves breathe on the ascent (I have the pewter color). They can take a beating on the up and down through thickets, bushes, rocks, etc. I have yet to tear them or break a zipper and they still look new. I have shredded other softshell and Gortex hardshell pants in the same conditions. The grommets at the bottom of the cuff are handy when having to switch over to bootpacking steep terrain in deep snow with multiple breakable crust layers...I tied a 1/8 inch bungee cord stirrup to them with cord locks to cinch down. The cuffs fit over my Dynafit TLT5 boots no problem. I have been comfortable in these pants in blower face shot powder to spring corn conditions...storm days to bluebird. Nice work Outdoor Research for making a solid product and thank you Amazon for carrying it!

I love these pants and expect to get a lot of use out of them. The ventilation zippers are ingenious. The flexible material is very comfortable. Lots of pockets. Can adjust the waistline easily. I have tried on many similar pants from other and same manufacturer and although I am a female, the men's pant fits me best. Love the ability to cinch down the pants cuffs which are a little long for me, but I don't need to hem now. Love everything about these. Wouldn't change a thing.

I have a pair of Lululemons Kung Fu pant, which I love; they are probably the most comfortable, versatile and stylish pair of pants that I own. At the same time, I love prAnas climbing pants, especially the Nemesis Knicker, and with a Medium size being what usually fits me well, I decided to check out the Solo pant, thinking they would be both similar to the Kung Fu pant with the reliable sizing from the prAna clothing I am used to.

These Solo pants are huge. Way too much material, way too long, and the crotch is very low. I had to pull the pants all the way up above my bellybutton to make the fit comfortable, but I looked like I was wearing Old Man pants that were STILL way too long and dragged on the ground. With the Solo and Kung Fu pant being in the same price range, I expected similar products: the Kung Fu pant is a perfectly fitted yoga pant for men. The Solo pant uses a similar material but has the proportions all wrong.

I still love my prAna climbing pants, but for serious mens yoga clothing I am going to stick with Lululemon.

I received this product promptly from Ex-Officio. The shirt looks good and is warm. The size of this product is somewhat smaller than another Ex-Officio shirt I have (different style). When I washed the shirt, I hung it to dry and it was free of wrinkles, which is ideal for travel. It is contoured, as shown in the product picture. I was looking for a shirt to go with olive-colored cargo pants, and this shirt matches well. As it is new I cannot comment on the durability of the shirt, but it seems well-made.
