I bought this because of the low price and the hope that I would not need to use a top tube adapter with this rack. I had a bad experience with a plastic single bike carrier which I returned and I didn't want to deal with extraneous pieces of equipment. The Rhode Gear Super Shuttle 2 is great, heavy-duty quality. I easily installed it without using the instructions. Very sturdy, very secure. I used it during some highway driving today and it didn't budge. I LOVE that I do not need to use a top tube adapter with this rack. I have a women's beach cruiser and it is incredibly easy to configure the cradles to fit most any bike. I use a bungee cord to secure the front wheel. Great bike rack. I would buy again and recommend to anyone.

I purchased my Rhode Gear bike rack in 1994, and still use it.

Adapts well to vehicles. I have used it on 2 hatchbacks, a 4-door Camry, and just now, a SUV. It is still in great shape. The straps still adjust easily, and are easy to install on any vehicle. The rack itself is easy to adjust. Every time I have needed to use it, it is easy to install and adjust by yourself.

Loading bikes. The rubberized tie down straps from back then still stretch, and can securely fasten bikes. It is a squeeze, but a few times I have put 3 bikes on it, even though it is designed for just two.

Travels well. I have taken it on several road trips without incident. Several times for 600 miles trips. No adjustment required. The only thing I have had to do is make a simple overhand knot for the end of the straps to keep them from flapping around in the wind.

All this time, and nothing has broken or stopped working. Great product.

I've had this for a few weeks now and have transported my bike about 10 times, including a 3 1/2 drive. It works perfectly, no issues with the bike swaying or hitting the car. The best thing is that it's already assembled, considering how terrible I am at putting things together. Also, setting it up is extremely easy and I didn't have to even read the instructions. The clamps are labeled "Top" "Side" and "Bottom."

The only negative for me is that I have a Nissan Versa hatchback and it blocks the rear-window wiper. Correction: this does fit below the rear-window wiper. I realized that I just had to realign it, and it actually seem to be more sturdy this way. So another positive; it fits very easily and is adjustable.

Not wanting to install a tow hitch for carrying bikes, since I do it very rarely, I opted for a trunk-type mount. Among a number of items, this is the only one I found that fits properly and to boot it is one of the most inexpensive ones. Thule makes one they claim fits, but it is a lie and after unsatisfying calls to Thule customer service, I had to return that item. Highly recommend this item for persons who cayy bikes infrequently.

There are plenty of good reviews about this product, but I did not see this information so I thought I'd add just one more.

This rack works quite well, and while it is complicated at first, once one gets to know how it should be installed it is very easy to use. It holds the bikes securely. It comes with fixed attachment straps, plus a separate strap that I used to secure the handlebars. There is also a pair of special "barbell" straps that can be used for vehicles where the upper straps won't secure. I don't need those on my Ford Escape.

However if you are transporting a ladies bicycle (which have only a lower bar, not the upper bar on the bike), the instructions say that one needs to buy an additional part, which is supposed to be snapped onto the ladies bike in the same location as the bar found on men's bicycles. In my case, there is no rear fender, and I was able to mount the ladies bike horizontally by placing it on the rack behind the seat rather than to the front of the seat.

I recommend this rack, but if you need to transport ladies bicycles, you might need an additional part!

You feel the quality in everything the stitches, the cut, the boob support, etc. Besides, it's very flattering to my figure type (though athletic, i am not thin and have almost no waist). I had to get a warmer ski glove because my old one didn't keep me warm. This glove did a good job keeping my hand from being too cold in a -20 degree wind chill skiing. There was a couple days I was skiing above freezing temperature and I making a good workout on the ski slope; my hand started to get too warm and there weren't any venting zipper i can open up; I end up taking the glove off to cool my hand. for a price i paid for this glove, this feature should have been included. This glove may not be a good one for spring season when temperature is above 35 degree.

I'm writing this review for my husband. He wears a size 12 Extra Wide boot. I got him these socks hoping that they would be able to fit onto his hobbit feet and luckily they do! He says that they are comfortable and do not squeeze him to the point where it cuts off circulation or are uncomfortable. They are his first cycling socks, so he doesn't really have anything to compare them to--and anything is better than the white cotton crew work socks that he was wearing to cycle in!

I tend to have a lot of wear in a specific place on the knees of my wetsuit and Iron Mend did a great job of reinforcing the spot. I had to re-iron the patch after I applied it the first time, without the provided heat guard, and with fairly significant pressure, but once it's on, it works really well. I also had a fin from my surfboard cut a hole and I used Aquaseal to patch the hole and Iron Mend to reinforce it (applied on the inside of the wetsuit) and, again, it works really well. I used Iron Mend along with McNett's Aquaseal to repair a worn through seam in my Orvis waders. Both worked as advertised and the Iron Mend adhered perfectly to the wader material directly as well as over the Aquaseal. Sure beats the cost of new waders. Bought this to repair my bike shorts. I have several shorts that are worn through in one or two spots from rubbing against the seat or seat bag. I used this stuff to repair (patch) them and it worked like a charm. I was truly impressed. They should market it for bike shorts repair as well as wet suits. It's nearly impossible to find another way to repair lycra and sewing isn't really an option for that material either. I did have to re-iron the corners and edges of one of the patches after a few uses, but they are still holding and it's been a whole cycling season. Absolutely worth the money. Great product!

I read the other reviews on this "jersey", but I ordered it anyway.

The fit is loose, which is fine for a simple training/everyday riding jersey.

But the pocket is terrible. It (1) has two zippers that are very hard to zip and unzip and the size of the opening is too small. There is no way you can retrieve something with a gloved hand, especially while riding.

The material is fine. If you really want to order this "jersey", expect it to fit loosely. I'm often in-between a medium and a large and I would definitely get a medium if I wanted this jersey.

But I would rather just wear an athletic shirt and not be stuck with this worthless excuse for a jersey.

Awesome ventilation. Like the fact that the shirt fits around the waist without the elastic that other shirts have to make it form fitting. Sizes do run small. I'm usually a XL, but needed a XXL for proper fit. Btw, the shirts on this page seem to have different finishes. One has the shiny finish and one that has a matte finish. I purchased the matte finish (Orange, blue, and yellow).

For years I have used a fiberglass cane pole and it has done very good but there are limitations. The cane pole does not have a reel attached so I am limited to fishing twice the length of the pole. Hold the bopper, flip and swing. With the Crappie Hunter I can still use the flip and swing method but by triggering the reel I can get my bait/hook further out into the water. The Crappie Hunter also has a very flexible ultra-light rod allowing for a good hook set without ripping the hook out of the fish's mouth. I just came back from 7 days hiking Kilimanjaro. I had the small DTO towel with me and was the only person with a DTO product on our trek (30 people total). We didn't see a lot of `water' but did have a water to wash with each morning. I used one end as a facecloth as needed, the rest as a towel. An hour later I would stuff the towel in my duffel back and forget it it was that dry. My tent mate would hang her towel up to dry all night long but the temperatures hovered around 0C at night and were often damp. I don't think her travel towel every completely dried. I don't know that mine ever got totally wet. Our sleeping bags were covered in condensation each morning. I simply set the towel on top of the bag for a few seconds and moved it around. The towel absorbed the water without having to rub and prevented my sleeping bag from getting damp. Seven days of hiking later I stuffed the towel into my suitcase and didn't look at it for another 3 days when I got home. No smell at all despite never having a rinse or wash of the actual towel.

Today I did another test. I washed my Sheltie who is full coat and used the larger sized towel to dry him off. He has never been that dry after just a towel rub before. The ultimate test was next. Sheltie number two hit the shower and I used the same (already wet) towel to dry him off. Not only did it dry him but when I hit a spot where I had not rinsed off all the soap I was able to use the towel to get the soap off without having to re rinse the dog. Not sure I'd do that with a fully soaped dog but for a spot treatment it was great! If you need a market for these towels you might want to try to dog show circuit. In my opinion these are not only great travel towels but the best thing I have ever used on a dog!

Discovery Trekking Outfitters Ultra Fast-Dry Towel, 16x28-Inch, Weighs 2.6oz

I bought two of these towels size 16" x 28" and a 34" x 58" beach size towel. I intended to use one of the small hand towels for gym workout and the other beach and hand towel for while playing beach volleyball. I found the hand towel for gym workout did not offer enough absorbency to be effective. The material is very thin and immediately becomes saturated and in my gym environment and did not dry out during my workouts of approximately 1 1/2 hours. At the beach the towel lack the thickness of material to readily absorb enough moisture though it does dry out quickly in the outdoor environment. I feel that the manufacture has given up towel thickness to promote quicker towel drying as opposed to more moisture absorbing capacity. In my opinion the towels did not perform and are not worth what I paid for them. I will add that I had better performance from some cheaper hand towels I brought from Harbor Freight.

It dries fast, but you still have to wash it or there will be odors. Maybe not as bad if it didn't have the silver thread. But odors will exist if you don't wash it once in a while. I would say that it's almost too big. I think I could have saved myself some money and size and gotten only the small ultra light towels. But it's softer and warmer then then ultralight towels.

These towels are SO much better then those chamois towels. Don't event think about getting one of those towels. Get a Discovery Trekking Outfitters towel. You will not be sorry.

I purchased this based on reviews I saw here and on some swimming forums. I swim in the mornings before work and was tired of having a soggy towel in the trunk of my car for the entire day. I'm very happy with this product. It's very small to pack and by the time I am finished dressing, drying my hair, etc. and am ready to head out for work after the swim, it is already fairly dry. Yes, it will start to smell after some use like any towel would if stuffed back in a bag while still damp, but it generally is much better than with a conventional towel. Will be great for travel/camping.

I got this towel for a cruise and was so happy. It is super light and portable, dries you off well, and dries very quickly. I now use it in my gym bag and wonder why I ever lugged around an old fashion towel.
