The Zoot Tri Tank Top fit as expected, close to the skin like a bathing suit so it doesn't produce any drag while swimming. Tried it out a couple times in the gym for fit and comfort while swimming, biking, and running, then wore it for my first triathlon, an Olympic distance event. Very comfortable, no issues. I cut the sports bra out and used the 2xu compression bra instead. The top was long enough and fit well. The frantic is just too hot for our 90plus degree days. I did wear it for Ironman CDA. Race day temps were in the high 70's. it was fine for those temps.

I bought the pink and the color runs and has discolored the white and pink bra.The bra is not tight enough on me to suppress the nipple factor. Also the three pockets in the back are a different pink color than the rest of the shirt. I got the XL b/c workout shirts often run small. I am usually a 10 in blouses and have some underarm flab. This tri tank seems slightly too big for me, yet it doesn't cover the underarm flab, so I think the large would probably have been worse. I do still like the top despite these problems, though b/c of the pink running I think it's too expensive even if it fits your body better than it fit mine.

I bought this for my stick-thin 10-year old daughter because we couldn't find running gear that was age-appropriate (something longer than 3" and something more mature than Dora). She needed an extra-small but it wasn't offered. The leggings fit her fine but the skirt is about 2" too large around her waist. We compensated by putting a draw string in the waist, so it's no big deal.

Pretty good fleece. It keeps you warm enough for the fall, but not good enough for winter. The layer is this, comparable to putting on 1 or 2 t shirts over yourself. I found its warm, but I still get cold in New Jersey weather. If you are looking for warmth, maybe go with some of North Faces other options such as the TDK. I almost wish I had, but I wasn't ready to pay $80.

As far as fit goes, it fits true to size. I have a medium large build, but I fit perfectly into a large. I would try on a cotton t shirt before you wash it, and that's most likely your North Face size.

I paid $40 for this with shipping from Sunny Sports. The material does dry fairly nicely though. Overall, I would wear something underneath for warmth. Columbia makes a fleece that is a bit warmer and more competitive for comfort. With this fleece I feel like I just bought the name brand, nothing more.

If you liked the Gel-Nimbus 13's (as so many people do!), then I think you'll love the 15's. I searched and searched for a replacement pair for my 13's and couldn't find any in my size. I tried the 14's and they felt terrible on my feet. I was so excited when the 15's came out because I read a review that they were similar to the older, more cushy, models. I bought them without even trying them on, and I am ecstatic with how they fit :) I have tendonitis in one of my feet and after wearing these on 10 runs now, I have no pain whatsoever.

To recap: if you like/need a cushioned running sneaker or just liked/loved the gel-nibus 13's, then get the 15's! Thank you asics for bringing back such a comfy shoe!

I have high arch's & a normal width foot & am a distance runner. I had stocked up on the 12's years ago because they were the best shoe ever. I finally wore through my stash training for 4 half marathons & my first full marathon. I never had an injury aside from normal muscle aches. I credit that fully to wearing the proper footwear for my foot & turning them in when they hit their prime. I heard the 13's had a narrow footbed & when I tried on the 14's I felt like there was no side support. I waited until my local sporting good store got the 15's & couldn't wait to try then on!

I was beyond thrilled with the new Nimbus 15's! I feel like they went back to the basics on this one & restored the shoe to it's awesomeness. It is supportive, cushioned, & attractive. I feel like I'm running on clouds again! I really love the normal lacing that they brought back too! I've taken my 15's on 3 runs so far, & as always with my Nimbus', have not had a single blister. My husband even commented that I should stock up on them & that they were his favorite (as far as looks) of all my running shoes in the past. I got the pink color which is a very neon pinkish coral, which looks great with my red, pink & orange colors that I usually wear. I also tried on a few other recommendations at my local running store (Brooks, Asics Cumulus), but knew from the first try that these were my soul mate shoes again. If you have high arch's I would recommend these all the way! I'm in love with them!

Let me preface this review by saying: running shoe fit is a very personal thing. This is my first running shoe, and after spending some time trying on various pairs at the store, I strongly agree with others who've told me this. If you're not familiar with the fit of this shoe, in this version or prior versions, I recommend comparing it, on your feet, to to other shoes before you take it outside the house.

Every online wizard I tried said I needed a neutral shoe, mostly because I am an underpronator (i.e., I tend to run on the outside of my feet). Because I run less than 20 miles per week and am not a heavy person, the wizards were mostly steering me toward neutral shoes with lighter cushion. Every single online wizard I tried suggested the Brooks Ghost and the Asics Gel-Cumulus for me. I tried both of these shoes in the store, and neither kept me from running on the sides of my feet.

So then I tried the Brooks Glycerin and the Asics Gel-Nimbus (along with some other shoes that I liked less than both of these). For both shoes, the salesman was most pleased with the pairs that were a full size (not just a half size) up from my normal shoe size. Feet swell when you run, so you need the extra room. Plus, I suspect this shoe tends to run a tad small to begin with.

Once we went a size up, I found the Glycerin too wide for me. Although the toe was the right distance from the front of the shoe, the toe box felt too big. And even with a runner's knot, my heel didn't feel secure. Maybe it was because the shoe wasn't quite snug enough, but I wasn't truly feeling the cushion the Glycerin was known for. It could be I needed a narrow fit in this shoe, but I never got around to trying that.

I found the Asics Gel-Nimbus to be a slightly narrower shoe than the Brooks Glycerin. Despite being a size larger than I normally wear, I still feel the soft pressure of the cushion against my feet. When I run, I feel the cushion under my arches--which means I'm running over my arches and not on the sides of my feet! My feet feel so much more comfortable and lighter than they did in my prior shoe. Every time I slip my foot in, I'm once again amazed at how soft they are.

I love my Asics Gel-Nimbus shoes!

I was so excited to get my new pair of Asics, but alas, it's not for my foot. I wore it one hour around the house and my feet felt like they're burning. I have:

I thought this shoe with its plentiful cushioning would be right, but I wouldn't take a chance on something that hurts after a half hour, so I sent them back. I'm sure the shoe would make plenty of other feet happy though :-} It's quite cute looking. More pink than I expected from the picture, but very stylish that way.

These shoes are just perfect. They are so comfortable-the first time I wore them I put on over 4 miles and my feet did not hurt. I am a die hard Asics fan and these are just what I was hoping for. I am a bit heavier, but do a lot of walking outside. I feel like I am walking on air when I have them on.

These ARE definitely quite comfy. They do, however, give me some muffin-top (and I'm not technically overweight & even got XL!) to an extent more than my usual underwear which is unfortunate especially under exercise clothes which show pretty much everything. They do seem to dry out quite quickly and well which is awesome. The sizing runs small. I'm not sure, given all aspects, that they are worth the price.

POC Frontal Helmet Review

Received my POC green/light green helmet as described and promised. Sizing is true to size. I am a small and the small size helmet fits perfectly. Helmet came with a POC box, helmet storage bag and some POC stickers. I love this helmet because of the fun color ways and it makes me very visible while snowboarding. Extremely comfortable helmet and I love the low profile of the helmet so you don't look like a bucket head. I wore the helmet three days in a roll, 2 days at Mammoth and 3rd consecutive day at June Mountain. Helmet was extremely comfortable. Also, the venting system works very well. The venting system can also be closed on those cold days. Chin strap has a comfortable fleece cover to prevent chaps on your chin. Very durable helmet. Would highly recommend this. I also use this helmet to ride my bicycle on cold winter days to keep my head and ears warm. The padding inside the helmet is also very comfortable and snug. Totally a multi purpose helmet. I've owned the Bert and Reds helmet and by far, POC is the absolute best helmet I have own and use. I also have the bicycle POC helmet as well for summer riding with more open vents.

Reviews of ASICS Men's GEL-Nimbus 14 L.E. Running Shoe

Finding an adequately-cushioned running shoe is Nirvana for those of us pudgy dudes in the over fifty set. However, after having read some testimonials, and now in light of my own personal experience, I realize there can be too much of a good thing. I'm having a hard time believing I'm actually complaining about this.

In spite of any knee/ankle/leg pain you might have experienced previously (moi), you'll probably find you can run a bit longer in these shoes. However, if you attempt to accelerate to an appreciable speed, you'll feel yourself fighting against the very aspect of these shoes which made them so desirable in the first place...the cushioning! A marked waste of energy, that.

I kid you not, as I ran in these for the first time today, it was easy to relate the experience to running across the top of a gigantic marshmallow. I-COULD-NOT-ACCELERATE-MY-PACE! Or not by much, anyway. It was the strangest feeling. I also believe that if you have a smaller foot as I do (8.5-9), you'll find this particularly difficult. Though in defense of Asics, how could they have anticipated that a mythological creature with 8.5 to size 9 hooves rather than feet would attempt to run in their shoes?

However, I am well aware of the lingering pain derived a few days ago from running on asphalt in a pair of Nike Air Pegasus 29 trail shoes. Definitely not meant for hard surfaces (Thanks for trying to warn me, Trak Shak). But I do not expect that this pain has been exacerbated by running in the Asics gel Nimbus 14s today. Time will tell.

Just don't expect to break any track records in the gel Asics, but by all means, do expect a lessening of the painful fallout from running on hard surfaces. The Great Marshmallow is stubborn, true, but kind.

They do what they're supposed to do...a rarity among consumer products these days. So a big five stars, baby!

I am an over 50 runner but I still run my favorite distance at least 4 times a week ...5 miles. I have been using Asics Nimbus since 2003 and I have never changed. I tried out of curiosity but everytime I run with somehing different either my calf, my ankle or my knee were in pain and I had to go back to Nimbus. I may agree if you say I am not a speed runner but for those people who run for the pleasure of it .... Nimbus is the shoes that helps to keep running at any age. I love these shoes.

Is huge! I had no idea that all of the pain in my legs when I ran were because of my shoes. I had been using a pair of nike's I got a discount shoe store to start doing the couch to 5k program. Once I got to the point where I was actually putting together some decent distance runs on the program I started noticing my legs would hurt, joint strain, etc... I finally broke down and got one of those high end shoes because my brother recommended it. What a difference. It didn't make me a 6:00 minute miler or anything but I can do 4-5 miles and experience no pain in my legs when I do it. Would buy again and will recommend to all aspiring runners to invest in the good pair of shoes if you want to seriously give running a shot.

Let me start by saying that I am a loyal wearer of ASICS Gel Cumulus shoes. I buy a new pair every time the new model is introduced, as each pair lasts me about a year, and this is probably my 9th pair of Gel Cumulus shoes. This 14 model initially felt very tight and uncomfortable across the toe box. After considerable loosening of the laces (they were pre-laced when I received them) and wearing them around the house for a couple days to break them in, they felt great and very cushiony. I've never had to "break in" these Cumulus shoes before, and I'm not sure why I had to this time. Perhaps they are being constructed with less fabric across the toes? Regardless, they are very comfortable now and I'm glad I purchased them. With this pair I chose the bold color route the "storm" color is a very dark gray, and the "brilliant blue" is a bright royal blue, while the laces are white. They are about as far from a generic white pair of shoes as you can get! They look great with black exercise pants or dark jeans. As always, this pair of Cumulus shoes has a snug fit around the heel, so they feel very secure when you're moving. The sizing (in length, at least) feels true to previous models.

This is my fourth pair of Asics Cumulus Running Shoes. I've always LOVED the fit and comfort of this shoe and so when it came time to purchase a new pair I felt totally comfortable purchasing online....no need to try them on because I know I'm going to love them. Mistake! They changed the entire shoe. Lower profile, much tighter fit and gone is the springy comfy bounce that I felt in my previous Cumulus shoes. They might be okay with an added insert but that's really not an option without going up a size (or two considering how small this shoe runs). I will still wear these for short walks but will look for a new favorite to run in :(

The new lower heel has caused strain on my lower leg muscles which irritates my heel. They are not as wide as they used to be, so after about six miles, my feet feel cramped. I hate to say it but after all these years, I might have to look for a new shoe. Too bad; I loved my Cumulus! I never had to take them off after a run. I love this shoe! The colors are bright and the shoe is very comfortable. I usually wear an 8 1/2, but I order a size up when I purchase running shoes. I purchased these in a 9 and they give me enough room for when I run. This is the first pair of ASICS that I have bought (after much research) and I am very satisfied and happy! As a prior Brooks Adrenaline user (only other running shoes I have ever used), I can say that I have not noticed a difference in the stability and support or the comfort. I can no longer afford to buy Brooks (over $100), so this was a good financial switch as well. After having them for two weeks, I was able to run a 5K without any problems. I am extremely happy with these shoes and I have a feeling that they will become my permanent brand!!

I normally wear a nine in almost every shoe I own. I took the advice of several other raters, and glad I did. Granted, I didn't actually try the nine, but the 9 1/2 is just about perfect. The toebox is comfortable; doesn't feel floppy; BUT I do need to use the back hole for the laces (that's why it's there right :-) ). I have "duck feet" much wider in toes than heel. I've got a special insert for heel spurs and numb toes, plenty of room for this, and I've been walking around in them for a couple weeks, including some three mile exercise walks, and am not hurting. Very light shoe, compared to the Saucony that I usually love and wear. My doctor said I didn't need the "overkill" support I was paying for, and to just get a shoe that wasn't flexible in the arch. I'm sending in now for a second pair of this model. I am overweight, but these feel sturdy enough to last. The original padding felt heavenly, but had to trade that in on my firm inserts. I tried a pair of the nimbus at the same time, but it felt like it was trying to help me not walk on the inside of my foot, and since I have the opposite problem, I'm sending those back.

Excellent protection from rain and a chilly wind. Basic, light weight and comfortable for long runs. Very good design features such as the collar, underarm vents and a zipped chest pocket.

The bag came as described; it seems to be strong material yet it is very light. The shoulder strap is nice and works fine, but I would absolutely order some backpack style quad shocks for it. A set of those makes all the difference. I wouldn't exactly call the drink holders "insulated", but that is not the reason I bought the bag. It should be able to fit a large water bottle or a beer with a coozie in each of them. The pockets on the side are perfect for the holy trinity (cell phone, wallet, keys), but I wouldn't mind one of them being a bit bigger to fit a hoodie for unpredictable Texas weather. One should be able to fit an extra rolled up t-shirt or a very light wind breaker in one of the pockets. I like the dividers that came with it, and they were relatively easy to install (all velcro) and seem pretty sturdy. I used them to make 3 sections consisting of mid-range/putters, go-to drivers, and back up "water hole" discs. Mine fits exactly 20 discs in the main compartment comfortably with dividers installed (not including the front putter pouch). All in all, this is what I was looking for in my new bag and I would highly recommend it for the casual or serious player.

I wasn't sure if I should pick up this bag or not because the picture (at least to me) supplied makes the bag look huge. Even though I had some concerns about having to carry around a huge bag, I purchased it. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that the bag isn't as big as it appeared. Still plenty of room for all of my discs (15 not including putters which are in the front pocket). The two movable dividers are nice, but are almost too flexible. With all my discs in the bag, that left me with a third of the bag as free space. The bag comes with pockets everywhere. The two drink holders are insulated and the outside pockets are huge. You can fit clothes, drinks, keys, wallets, and probably a tiny dog in this.

If you are debating on picking up this bag, don't. Just get it. While it may seem a little pricey, it's well worth the investment.

I have owned several brands of running shoes and I have been stuck with Asics for a long time. I was a heel striker and I evolved to the mid-foot strike seen on Kenyan marathon runners. I don't want to tell you a big story here but, when I saw these shoes, they looked like what I wanted. I don't believe in this minimalistic hype where people tend to run with almost no protection. Do respect their ways though. I believe that our feet are not made for pavement and I was searching for a cushioned and flexible shoe that can mimic the motion of my feet. I gave the Excels a shot one size larger (I have a bunion and these tend to be narrow) and bingo!!! I am a pronator but, with the running technique I use, I don't need any support gadgets. I took them out of the box for a 12KM run and I felt that I was running on nano-pillows (my pace was a bit faster too). I saw in another review that they said that the outsoles are not durable. If you are a heel striker and tend to push yourself forward, they won't last but, I barely touch the ground, using the force of gravity to keep me going forward. After that run, there was 0% of wear in the outsole! The heel zone was like new but just dirty. For mid-slightly forefoot runners, this is a great choice and, they are not as expensive as others. I have the more expensive Cirrus 33 and the Excels beat them by far. The Cirrus are over-cushioned and heavy (too much soft cushion slows you). The Excels have a plastic insert that they call Propulsion Trusstic. This device makes the shoe a bit stiffer and it does mirror the foot better. These are simple, with just the right cushioning and flexibility, long lasting for those with a good gait cycle and definitely good looking! Anyone who buys these, won't be disappointed, especially those who know how a long distance runner stride to glory

Chose this shoe as a transition to a more minimalist shoe. I've been using Asics for years and these fit better than expected. The shoe feels very light and the lower heel drop is noticeable, but not drastically different from standard running shoes. I'd recommend these for anyone looking to move away from a heel striking style of running.

This is a good overall running shoe. The cushioning in the forefoot is nice, not too much, not too little. Maybe just a bit spongy, but the shoe is pretty well balanced, meaning that the cushioning in the midfoot and the heel make the shoe feel as if your foot is much flatter than the 10mm heel to toe drop would suggest. That's good, b/c it helps to facilitate mid foot strikers being able to maintain the form to which they've become accustomed without a big cushy platform heel getting in the way. In other words, this shoe has a 10mm heel drop, but when you're wearing it, it feels like your foot is more flat than that. The shoe has some road feel to it, but not a whole lot. The heel was slipping a bit at first but that stopped after the lacing was adjusted. I can't tell if that trussic system actually does any good or not, so I guess I don't have much of an opinon on that particular "technology". I think the shoe is pretty light and comfortable, the lacing system needed some personal adjustments though. I had to parallel lace the shoes b/c the laces were digging into the top of my foot. (I have a high arch and this is a fairly common occurence for me in many different types/brands of running shoes over the years. After I got the laced adjusted the heel slippage wasn't much of an issue either. The shoe (sole and upper) has worn pretty well for me over the past month or so, not a ton of miles on it, but I'm still recovering from a fairly signficant calf strain when I went too quickly into training with the 4mm drop "minimal" Kinvara 3 my fault. Needed to take it much slower getting into those shoes, and I rushed it, and I am paying the price now. So having this shoe still allows me to work on a more natural running form without the risk of overdoing it (i.e., injury) in a "minimal" trainer like the Kinvara. So overall I'm pretty happy with the shoe and would recommend them for training runs of 10 -12 and for use during various types of cross training workouts b/c the shoes feel pretty stable on your feet. As an afterthought, if it's important to you, they're one of the best looking trainers that's i've ever owned.

These shoes are my second pair. I don't like them for treadmill running as I do my Vibram 5 fingers but love them for long distance pavement running.

The band is not tight so it does not cut in to you at all. The waist comes up to where the picture indicates. Much better price than other brands and quality seems comparable at the moment (haven't used them yet). I got white and black. I am a true size 6 and the small fits perfectly. No bagging at the bum and a good tightness around the legs. The band may get pushed down in strong waves when you board or surf, but not further down than the top of the second section.

I bought these bottoms to wear to my prenatal swimming class. Since they fold over, I figured they'd be good to adjust to different sizes. So far no concerns! I got a large due to being pregnant and i think they fit just fine. Pre baby i wore pants 6, but with bathing suits they are so stretchy i figured I'd rather be too big then too tight!
