I love this jacket for rainy days and it is extremely light and packable. The fit seems true to size as the large fits nicely (I am typically a large). It is a shell and honestly if its not raining or at least a bit cool it can be quite warm, but it does seem to have some breathability.
Anyway for anyone who hikes where clouds can close in on a moments notice this thing is perfect... It should be able to fit into a smaller side pocket (packs down to a water bottle maybe smaller) and wont do much to add weight.
