Fall is coming and every runner needs a couple of long sleeve shirts that wick away sweat. Layers are the key to exercising in cooler weather. I like moisture wicking shirts as a base layer under an absorbent t-shirt or light jacket. However, this shirt will be great on its own. I have shorts and shirts all made from the same fabric and they are my favorites for running.
The only drawback could be the stitching down the sides, which might annoy some people. I have not noticed it myself.
