I use these for all my biking needs. I ride aggressively and I'm am too old to get hurt and If I have a spill its nice to have some protection. I have laid it down several times with these shorts on and walked off without injury. just my pride was a little banged up.

I recommend to hand wash these.. they will last forever

Been looking for something to protect my aging hips urging mountain biking. These are extremely comfortable, fit perfectly and provide excellent protection. Kinda wish the lateral pads were removable, but not a big deal.
