Good quality shirt but consider buying a size down. I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs. The medium fits ok but slightly long in the sleeves and length. If I had to buy again I'd get a small. I'm medium in everything so they definitely make them larger than normal. I put on a large t-shirt for comparison and it's just about the same fit as this in medium.

I have four short sleeves and one long sleeve Asics Favorite. I really like how these feel when I'm really sweating. The fabric is soft and light, while also wicking away the sweat from my skin. I've tried many different running shirts. These are the best I've found.
