I was pretty skeptical about a 100% synthetic shirt that claimed to wick and breathe well and be good for the blazing days of summer. I was doubly skeptical about getting it in black, but black was what was cheapest and eligible for Prime at the time.

The first day I wore this was in a canoe in open water from dawn through late afternoon on a day with 90+ F temps, 80%+ humidity and random variable breezes in full sun. Spent the entire time either paddling or fishing and sweating profusely. The material does feel clingy when you get to sweating, but it never chafed a bit, is very smooth and stretchy and does not pull or bunch up with movement. Despite being black it was never hot to the touch (warm at most) and ever bit of the inconsistent breeze we had brought amazing cooling relief. So no complaints, very pleased, and will be getting more!

Keeps you cool and sun protects. I wore it in very hot weather without a problem and would highly recommend this and the long sleeve version.

Tis top was too snug for me. It is nice and lightweight, but not a comfortable fit for me. I returned it.
