I bought these for cold winter TV lounging in our finished basement that's pretty chilly. Sweatpants weren't always enough, so I added these as a 2nd layer. Very soft, did the trick. Sometimes I wish the elastic was either softer or a touch larger, as it's a little tight, but generally fine. When lounging, comfort is key. I'm 5'1" and 115 and I got a small. Fits well
