My first ski helmet, bought at the last minute before a ski trip at the prodding of a buddy. I wear a helmet when I ride my bike, snowmobile and motorcycle, so I guess it makes sense. I'm glad I got it. The last time I went skiing, only the original nerds were wearing helmets. This timenearly everyone had them on. During my 15 years hiatus, my skiing skills have not improved. There was scant snow at Breck and much of it was on the hard/icy side. I bit it a couple times but felt secure that my cranium was protected, even if my pride was not.

Before I ordered it, I measured my head several times with a flexible tape. According to my measurements, I was soldly within the 'medium' size range. When I got it, it was pretty snug. When I put my baclava on it was borderline tight. If I would have had more time before the trip, I would have sent it back for a larger size. After I wore it for a day, it was back to pretty snugor did my head shrink in the altitude?

Next time I use it i will get a haircut before going on the trip.

On the plus side, I was warm on a day when the windchill was below zero at the top of peak 8. I didn't have the frozen forehead and my face stayed warm with a baclava and goggles. The goggles didn't fog, so all in all an ok product.

This was a great helmet, definitely works well for keeping your head warm. Love the bright color too, was getting complements left and right.

This helmet is AWESOME thru all the usage I gave to it. I didn't have the chance to test it as a helmet itself and that's why I didn't put the 5 stars. I love the way it fits and looks. Is light and seems strong.
