I'm a big fan of ALO yoga clothing. I found the cut of this top to be a bit big across the chest. I'm a size 4 and ordered the medium. Some of their other tops (the autumn leaves collection) run a bit smaller (I discovered) because I take a medium in those. I guess I'm still trying to figure out how ALO runs. It all depends on the cut I guess. I did wind up returning this b/c it fit too loosely but I continue to buy ALO clothing. The upshot is: this top runs true to size. If you are a 4-6 buy a small!
