Ad says sizes 7 16, so I assumed the small was a 7 but I was wrong, it was an 8 and way too big. My granddaughter was very disappointed.

I bought this coat for my 4 yr old and purchased the color "Atlantis" received the coat right on time! She loves the color and the pattern inside the hood/coat. It's a coat that will keep her warm in our harsh Iowa winters w/o being obnoxiously bulky. The coat retails for $99, Amazon had it for 18% off plus another 20% for a winter coat promo, so I ended up getting the coat for $70!! It looks so adorable on! You cannot go wrong with this coat for your mini-me :)
