I'm 5'10, 170lb. Kind of between M and L. I got Large, hoping it'll shrink a little. It did, and now it fits great.

I got the other collar in medium, and it also fits great, but I haven't washed that one yet. Will be getting

more of this brand for sure. Great shirts! Hope it helped.
