I will admit this is my first pair of clip ins in 12 years but they were just what I was looking for. Though they could be a little lighter. True to size and a great shoe for all mountain riding.

Shimano 2014 Men's All Mountain Bike Shoe - SH-AM45 Reviews
First time with clipless. I admit I was a bit worried, just turning 46, but an old dog can learn new tricks. Tried on multiple shoe brands at LBS tent sale and was a 46 in all of them (11 -11.5 mens size). Took a chance and ordered these online and indeed I was a 46 (some reviews suggested the shoes are sized odd, but really don't see that at all). They're heavy like most SPDs, but feel more comfortable on my feet than the road style shoes with cleats on bottom. Come with SH-51, but I bought the SH-56 cleats to allow me to clip out by twisting either direction. Paired with XT PD-M785 pedals with easy spring tension adjustments with allen wrench. It's already WAY easier to get my tires off the ground. When you're my age you'll take every advantage you can get. Can't wait to pass my son on the uphill. Shoes were $20 cheaper at Jenson online.

Best Northstar Tactical Nomex Fire Flight Gloves (X- Large, Coyote) Deals
The gloves are not as good as my hatch gloves. leather on the gloves seem to be of a lower quality. I will see how they hold up. I had my hatch gloves for about 4 years. I use them for firefighting training. They have great dexterity compared to firefighting gloves. So far I am happy with my purchase. I couldnt bring myself to pay extra to have hatch gloves but the quality is on par with the cost.
However, the fact that they dont catch on fire does not mean that they insulate and protect your skin they are pretty thin, and normally give me around 3-4 seconds to hold a flaming wick before I need to release it in order to let the glove cool down.
However that is exactly what you would expect from this sort of product, and is exactly what a fire performer is looking for highly recommended!
Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
I use these gloves while hunting during the colder weather. Not thick at all so there are no issues with pulling the trigger or operating levers or safetys.
Previous gloves I have owned would always rip at the base of the finger webbings, but that was due to fitment and partially because of quality. None of those issues here. I was a little leary of the gray portion of the glove. I was going to just take some black boot polish and darken the gray leather. After receiving them, it really isnt that bad or noticeable. We will see.

I use these gloves while performing with pyrojax, which are kevlar wicks soaked in white gas, set on fire, and then manipulated. Provided you dont get any fuel on the gloves (important!!!) these things will not catch fire. I owned a pair of OD/black ones when I was in the Army, and I loved them. Comfortable, well made, and they looked cool. I totally wore them out over the years, and was bummed when I had to retire them. I ordered this new pair for working in my garage or riding my motorcycle. They arrived today, and I immediately put them on. I ordered the sage/grey ones, and they look great. I slipped them on my hands and they fit...well...like a glove. The materials feel great, especially the leather, and I can't feel the seams on the inside. They're a tiny bit too long in the fingers, but I don't think ordering a size smaller would have helped, so I can't count that against them.Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

While shopping around for photographers gloves and reading reviews I read that one reviewer was not happy with photographers gloves and instead recommended these gloves highly for use with camera equipment; so, I got a pair and I agree that these gloves are quite good for use as photographers gloves, the thin sheepskin is thin enough to feel the buttons through (Olympus E-5, E-30). I've been wearing primal wear shorts for 5 years and love the fit. I'm 5-8, 145 lbs and the medium shorts are perfect. With most brands of cycling shorts, the mediums fit around the waist but are too tight in the thighs, so I wear a large, which tend to be too big in the waist but fit in the thighs. I don't have this problem with Primal wear shorts as they fit well all around. I just received these shorts, but they're similar to the other primal wear items that I have and I can't wait to wear them. My only complaint is the price which is a bit outrageous, but I've found them to be durable. In 2008, I purchased 3 pair which were my primary shorts and they lasted about 3 years.
***Update after 3 rides They fit as expected, but I'm pretty disappointed that they put their cheapest chamois in a pair of $90 shorts. The other primal wear shorts I've owned have the APX chamois which is much more comfortable than the E3 which comes in this short.

I guess this is supposed to be like when we wear our favorite jersey, BIG. Well on a dog BIG is not really better since they need a snug fit for mobility purposes. I commute 25 miles round trip daily in NYC. I cycle through the winter. The Gore glove really stops the wind and is really comfortable. I have heavy gloves for below freezing temperature. Best prAna Women's Mahdia Prima Pant Deals
These pants are super soft and a gorgeous color. I usually wear a medium (I'm a size 6-8, curvy). These seem a little tight--the picture seems like they'd have a looser fit. I would consider going up a size, but I think they are a little pricey comparatively...
I like the shape of this particular pant, because it is closely fitting to the body, especially around the thigh. Prana is a great product, and this pant is one of my favorites !

I actually bought 6 pairs of these pants (different colors). I love them! Little pricey, but worth it. Wear them to work, out, anywhere. Very comfortable, stays fit (does bag out), no wrinkles. They have been washed numerous times and hold up perfectly. They are fantastic to say the least. I am still in my 40's, tall, average weight, but had my gallbladder out 7 yrs ago. I used this for tennis on a hot, humid day where I would usually make a headband out of a folded cotton bandana. I wore it under a cap. It worked well. Sweat did not drip into my eyes and it did not hold liquid like a cotton bandana. I like it. I'm a runner, and I sweat a lot. I've been using Halo sweatbands for a while now, and only recently discovered this wide one. I like it better than the narrow one simply because it absorbs more sweat. Covers pretty much my entire forehead. Also the second picture is incorrect. This product does not tie at the back. The first pic is correct, it is a "one size fits most" product (I have a big head, and it fits me just fine). I wear one of these every time I go running. I purchased this head band to keep the sweat out of my eyes while working on a construction job site, it definitely does a great job at that the only downside to this head band is that after only a week the stitching has already came loose on the back causing it not seal properly on my forehead allowing sweat to reach my eyes. Buy 2XU Women's Active Run Tights
I am a huge fan of the 2XU compression pants, capris & shorts and own some of the normal compression and elite pairs. I decided to purchase the running tights for my more relaxed workout days and for running errands around town. So, there is absolutely no compression...I didn't expect them to be compressive but they were more stretchy than I expected, not that that's a bad thing. Because they are so stretchy, they are very comfortable. I also like the "look" of these pants. They have a zipper on the SIDE of your ankle which I prefer (lots of women workout pants have zipper on the back which bothers my heels) and has mesh behind the knees. Super satisfied and ended up getting the 2XU capri tights as well.
