This fits my 10.5lb Terrier mix perfectly with a little room to spare. It is soft and easy to get on and off her and doesn't seem to bother her when its on.

I guess this is supposed to be like when we wear our favorite jersey, BIG. Well on a dog BIG is not really better since they need a snug fit for mobility purposes. So just get one size smaller than you normally do and you will be all set. Then you will certainly give it 5 stars :-) So cute though and definitely worth it!
