This suit is true to size so order by dress size. It is more of a shiny material vs. Matte. It has a built in "shelf" bra but if bigger busted a sports bra will be required. I have used it several times so far and it dries very easily, no weird seams to rub the wrong way and overall is comfy. I would buy this again.
