If you are LEO it is a good buy for a mild climate. EMS folks just go with the parka more features more butt coverage. The ike cut of this jacket allows easy access to belt, but I also do not have a batman belt so not a big deal for me. However when I bend over the back rises exposing me to the elements. Overall a slightly higher quality duty jacket.

The Ike Cut (shorter) is perfect for a duty belt. Plenty of pockets and removeable liner is good when its not that cold out. Overall very happy with it

I liked this product. At the same time it is warm and lightweight but not bulky. It has a lot of pockets and they are handy since they allow an easy access to the stuff you may need. The way it is constructed allows freedom of movement when working with the jacket on, specially in cold weather conditions, it keeps you warm thanks to an inner removable insulated liner. The jacket is also water-resistant but it does not protect you from heavy rains. The only thing I didn't like is that the shell is kind of rough and stiff to the touch. Anyways, I think, in the overall, this jacket is a good product and it serves to the purpose it is advertised.
