Nice shoes. It was first time I bought some shoes by Amazon. They are like I expected and I am glad with this purchase. Thanks some older customers I chose a larger size. I usually get 8 or 8 1/2, but in this case I got 9 1/2, and they are perfect.

I think Amazon should have this kind of size recomendations every time, so you don't have a not cool sorprise...

I bought a pair of size 11, and they were more like a size 10.

Compared to my other DC shoes, they were a full inch shorter.

I bought these shoes for my 16 year old son who lives in Finland. He said they were little bit small but he still is able to ware them. European size wasn't exactly the same with US.I like and he likes the brand.

I read all the reviews and was hesitant to heed the warning 100% but I did end up ordering the shoes a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. I JUST received the shoes right now and put them on... they fit really tight even for being a 1/2 a size larger than I usually wear. I own a pair of Circas and Vans, both that are 11 and fit perfect. These 11.5 DCs are too tight around the foot.

I would do like other reviews say, ORDER A SIZE LARGER.

These shoes should really come with a warning.

Aside from that, they look good.

As a skilled veteran skateboarder, I've had a lot of experience with different skate shoes but this time was particularly interesting because these are my first pair of shoes I've ordered online and my first pair of DC's. DC always has that stigma of being a poser company but that I think majority of that comes from anti-fanboy skaters. Shoes are shoes for the most part.

I think as shoes, they do complete their purpose of protecting my feet and gripping my board surprising well. Aesthetically I think they are great looking. A hip skate shoe that doesn't blast that DC logo all over the shoe like grafitti.

Very important note as my title suggests; one reviewer added to order a size larger than normal because they do run small. They were right!

I'm more than happy with this purchase, for the money, for the aesthetics, they were a hit for me.
