I measured my thigh as per the instruction on the CEP website. The opening and closing of the sleeves in incredibly tight on the leg and as soon as you start moving the sleeve bunches up. Then when I went to return it they want to charge a 20% restocking fee and make me pay for shipping? I am an amazon prime member!!! DO not BUY!!

I have a condition where my blood pressure drops when I stand up I wear these instead of my compression socks and they are as effective in my opinion and are way more comfortable to get on and off. Plus I can wear shorts and no one notices and if they do it just looks sporty. They are designed to no cut off circulation like other quad sleeves. I strongly recommend them and I recommend you do a good measuring. They provide around 1520 compression tightness I think. They can slip some times if you walk or run a lot in them but I just think the only way around that is tapping them. I dont mind picking them up it's not a big deal.
