I bought this product because the waist belt that I had used to roll down while doin excersises like sit-ups or crunches. The shoulder straps really keep the thing in place while also adding bonus upper back sweating/shaping...

I bought an XL and my waiste is a 34 my t-shirt size is a mens large and the thing barely fits... any smaller and I think the zipper would give. It is also short... I am 5'3" and when I do pull ups the thing rises to my belly button.

I would recommend the product over the commonly used waist belts..

I bought a large based upon other reviews I am a 36" bust, the fit is great, I am very glad I could leave it zipped and just pull it over my head comfortably. Feels great and really helps your posture during exercise as well as make you sweat! I would suggest to the manufacturer that the zipper be closed at the armpit (not opening all the way) and zip from the top down instead of the bottom up. This would eliminate the zipper sliding down and gapping the front and back of the tankini right under the arm, which rubs against your inner arm during exercise. I have sewed mine shut at both ends of the zipper and just pull it over my head. Other than the zipper issue I love this product, very high quality and light easy to move in.

This stuff is great! I wear this under my regular tops for shaping and keeping warm. Size S fits me just fine as I am between 4 and 6, but I want something that holds me tightly, so I am ordering an XS now.

The size fits like a comfortable snug glove, support is amazing!

Side zipper slightly digs, but after sewing a strip of felt along side of zipper between skin was okay.

And a Velcro piece on outside top of zipper aids in prevention of zipper slipping down into skin.

I definitely sweat a lot. Cool days and working nights it's nice. Warm/ hot days somewhat roasting!

Initially I bought it for the weight loss, BUT it also has made an awesome difference for my back.

Normally working, standing on my feet majority of day hurts my back that I feel I need to lie down, but of course I can't.

OTC pills help but I don't like having to take them.

So after wearing this to work it finally dawned on me that my back had not been hurting. At times I've had to work back/ back 12 hr shifts an my back is fine, no pain!!!!

So for the back I definitely reccomend it!

As for the weight loss haven't had it long enough, right diet/ exercise I'm sure it would work.

I would like for the back to be a bit higher?

Even though there was the added sewing, THIS WAS WORTH IT, ESPECIALLY FOR MY BACK!

So much worth it I bought another, got to have a backup!
