This is NOT a heavy shirt but could easily be used in conjunction with a jacket or sweatshirt if the temps get low.

I bought this Time To Run Long Sleeve T to protect my arms from the sun while riding my motorcycle in the hot summer sun in Florida. I have long arms (33/34") and the sleeves are perfect. I am 5"11" 210 lbs and the large fits me very well.The shirt is nice and light so my arms do not get hot. I liked it so well I tried to order a nice bright yellow so I can be seen on my motorcycle easier but Amazon did not have my size in that color so I bought a blue one. I will buy the yellow also if they restock them since they are very reasonably priced.

I was very pleased with the overall fit and comfort!! I really like the feel of the material and am thoroughly happy with the fit of this particular brand! I would certainly consider this in the future as well as recommend to friends and family! This is great to wear at work as well as exercise, The sleeves fit nicely and the sizes seem to fit just right, fall right at my wrist and when I am at work if I want I push my sleeves up to my elbows and if I am out and don't want the full impact of the sun I can keep sleeves down and not feel warm at all;great material!!! wish this brand had some more colors otherwise VERY HAPPY with the overall quality of this shirt. Thanks
