I bought these for my twin 5-year old grandsons and they fil pretty well. I was concerned that the gloves might be too big, but they exceeded my expectations because they have a velcro closure at the palm. I have ordered other bike gloves in the past that did not have this feature and they were much more difficult for the boys to put on themselves. As with any kid in that age group they still have some difficulty putting the right finger in the right hole on the gloves. Knee and elbow pads are decent, but at first glance it is hard to tell if there is a difference between the two. The seem to do the job thye are intended for pretty well though. Apparently my five year olds like the hot wheel theme because they insist on wearing the pads and gloves even after getting off their scooters..

Bought these for my nephew. He wears them constantly even when he's not riding his bike. They are small so I wouldn't get them for a kid over the age of 6 or 7.

Haven't used the pads yet but my son loves wearing the gloves. Perfect size for his little hands. I would say they should fit him for at least another year or two.
