I usually wear a size ladies 0,XXS-XS, or juniors 0,1, 5'4", ~107 lbs. The XS is surprisingly plenty tiny, and very curve hugging / figure flattering! The length is perfect -inner thighs dont rub against the seat, yet they arent so long you feel unfeminine.

They are on the small side, so dont get an XS if you weigh more than 110 lbs, or are sometimes a 2 at ladies stores.

I generally ride between 10-15 miles at a time, and the padding is thick enough to remain comfortable at that distance. I doubt it would be sufficient for longer (over an hour) rides. They breath well and are holding up fine. I generally hand wash with warm water and air dry.

I wore these on a Half Ironman and they were great. They fit comfortably under my wetsuit on the swim and the drawstring was a plus because it helped the shorts stay in place under the wetsuit. The shorts didn't ride up or chafe on the bike and the chamois dried extremely quickly. The shorts aren't as comfortable as my usual biking shorts but that was to be expected because the padding isn't as thick. The shorts were perfect on the run. All in all, a great product!

I recently did my first triathlon and I bought these shorts. They fit perfect! I'm 5"4 and 128lbs and I bought the size small. I wore them the whole race and they worked great! There are even convenient little pockets on the sides to put energy gels in. I would highly recommend theses!

Great shorts for triathlons. Padding minimal so dries quickly. Shorter in legs but thats what I was looking for. Very comfortable. No zip pocket in back.

These were well made and the right size for me (5'4" tall 125lbs/medium) but the leg holes were abot 1/2 inch too large --so the silicone in them really did nothing for keeping the legs where they were supposed to be. I re-ordered a small, but think that size might be too small for me in the waist, I don't know yet... I will update later. Quality is no problem, quality is there.
