I measured per instructions I found and it fit perfectly. I opted for a Large since I didn't want it too tight, and I'm very happy with the results. It was tight at first, but as I worked with it and played some baseball with it on, it loosened up and fits really comfortably now. At first though it was tight and I got a few bruises from the fit, but now it's all good. I used it for some more elbow support and of course my muscles on my throwing arm and I can say it helped a lot. My arm and elbow don't get as fatigued and lasts longer.
The seams too feel/look very durable. I work out and my arms are just a tad above "normal" in girth and size, and this holds up well. I was iffy when I read some reviews about some ripping really easily, and this has held up. Probably have used it 5 times at about 2hrs in length actively.

I understand that this sleeve was designed for basketball, but I use it for baseball and it is perfect. For a long time i was having trouble finding a sleeve that would stay up over my arm for most of the game. No worries with this product. The length is great and the top is snug enough to stay around you bicep but is not uncomfortable. I dont play basketball really so I cant rate it for that but any baseball player looking at it, Its worth every penny.
