I use this shorts for running and crossfit. It has a small mesh pocket on the inside where I put my keys and id, it doesn't bounce around while running. The inside lycra short is very comfortable, it's snug but loose enough that you forget it's there. Really easy to wash and it dries amazingly fast. Two thumbs up!

5'7", 150lbs, and ordered a medium, which was a great fit. The materials for both the inner liner and outer layer are very comfortable and smooth on the skin. However, it is somewhat thick, so it may retain more moisture than you may want.

The pockets are deep enough to be able to carry small items, the smaller pocket in the inside is located on the front left side and is perfect for carrying keys and such when running.

However, the elastic waist looks somewhat stretched, and the draw cord is just an elastic that extends from one hole to another you have to make a loop and knot it on your own, which may be difficult to undo since the cord is so thin and elastic (I would assume it may stretch eventually).
