I just put it on over my sweat shirt and it fits just right! today the weather is damp and windy, but I am dry and comfortable. I am a size large all the time and it fits right with a sweat shirt underneath or just a polo shirt under. Quite fabric. Cuffs are right for any activity. Better than a jacket when you are active.
