My husband typically wears a large, so that it was I bought him and it fits great! It's form fitting, but not tight and he say it does a wonderful job of keeping him cooler while he rides. He also likes the back pockets :)

All in all, this is a pretty good jersey. My biggest complaint is with the zipper. It takes bot hands (or one hand and teeth on the collar) to unzip on the move. If you can get one for $30-$35, it's a pretty good deal.
