Oh man Oh man, the best cutting and comfortable bike short in my drawer. The pad design this the best in the class. wash it more than 20x the short still in the shape and just like new. compare to other lower cost shorts this LG less much longer. Wish they have more design or color combinations base on this Fit Sensor 3D!
update after 1.5 year of usage. I have use this short about 4x a month, is stay in shape only the reflective logo got washed off a bit. the Chamois still in perfect condition.

I would really give the shorts a 3 1/2. I bought a different pair of LG shorts a local bike shop and liked them. Online, these looked to be better, but they were not. I could not find the model of LG shorts I purchased previously to include here. First all, it really irritates me when different model shorts from the same company are not the same size. The previous shorts were XL as well and were a bit big. These Fit Sensor 3D shorts fit more snug and are shorter in the leg. My biggest complaint is that they do not have the sticky elastic strip on the inside bottom of the leg. I really miss this keeping the shorts in place. I bought these shorts specifically for longer rides (5-7 hrs). They fit nicely. The compression is great, and the chamois is not too thick (ie, doesn't feel like a diaper) The only problem I have had is on the longer rides I have developed saddles sores, due to the material that the chamois is made of. I never had this problem with cloth covered chamois. Never had a pair of cycling shorts with a drawstring before... really confused me... I tried tying it into a knot, but then it got bunched up and pushed into my stomach while riding... really uncomfortable... then I tried just leaving it loose, but it got caught on my saddle when I tried to get off of the bike and almost made me topple over... I finally cut it off, but it's attached in the rear, so I couldn't just pull it out, and now I have two little pieces of drawstring hanging out of the shorts...Aside from that, they're really nice. Good chamios, great fit, awesome compression. I've worn them 4 rides now, varying distances and hills/flats, and they work well in all scenerios... I definitely like them, despite the stupid drawstring...
