My son has swim practice 2 hours everday. These shorts seem to be holding up better than most others. Chorine will usually destroy a pair in less than two months. Soak in 50% mix of vinegar and water to neutralize chorine after swimming.

This jammer suit is good for my son who is on the swim team. The fabric holds up well. We have had the suit for a year and it still seems good. The only negative about it is that the color of the threading fades, but the suit color does not fade.

My son wears a 26 in Speedo and Nike jammers. But the size 26 I ordered for him in these jammers was way too big for him. For that reason, I am saying they run large. Otherwise, looks like a good product. My son just needs to grow into them.

Got these for my son who is 50" tall and 54lbs. His waist is 22" but I think the 22 would be too snug. He's pretty lean to avg build for today's standard.

24" will fit him for the next 6 months maybe.

I had the Lycra speedos and those wore out less than 8 months of swimming 3x a week.

My son recently switched from trunks to jammers for competitive swim. He loves them and says how comfortable they are. They fit him nicely, he's 8 years old, average height and weighs just over 40 lbs and we bought him the 24. However after less than 3 months of use (he swims 3 to 5 days a week) they have developed runs going horizontally from the vertical seam across his bottom. We intentionally didn't buy the cheapest on the market thinking these would last a long time. I think they would work wonderfully if your child swims less often, but year round swimmers will probably wear them out quickly.
