I received this shirt in a timely fashion, however, it was fitting me tighter than the norm for my size. I would highly recommend ordering 1 size larger than you would normally. I've thought about returning it for the next size up...

Ok. It is warm, but good luck getting it on. I'm 5-8, 170# and I could hear fabric being stretched to its breaking point as I tried to get my head through the head-hole; not to mention the incredible tightness of the shirt. I'm no Ryan Gossling, but I'm no couch potato either. I know that's part of the theory to keep you warm, but I felt like an overstuffed taco in it.
It did keep me warm and it is well made, but like I said, whatever size you think you are, order bigger. I'll just give this to my kid, assuming he can put his head through it, because his 13 year old head is as big as mine.

This is a great base layer. Worn under a jersey along with a wind-proof vest, arm warmers and tights, you'll be good down to the low 40's. Size runs small and the shirt is form fitting.

I purchased this product for wearing under a longor short-sleeve shirt during aerobic activities outdoors in cool to cold weather. I played about 3.5 hours of singles tennis in roughly 43-degree weather last week and found the shirt to be a good performer. I am approx. 6'3" and 215 pounds and found the XL to be sufficiently long and not at all baggy. If anything, the sleeves could have been a bit more forgiving of a full range of motion. I did not enjoy the price that I had to pay for this shirt, but it was the only decent short-sleeve, thermal shirt that I could find. Recommended, if you've got money to burn.

Perl Izumi makes great quality clothing and this item is no exception. It fits great and provides an impressive amount of warmth for its thickness. With this baselayer, jersey and a vest, I can avoid wearing a jacket on colder days. It seems to breath well, so I don't overheat as the day heats up.
