I bought this penlight because I have an obsession with small devices that do their job really well.

It works on all fronts for this. It has a super bright beam. I used a couple Lithium batteries in it and I'm sure it will last forever on that set. The pen clip is surprisingly strong, but I agree with the previous reviewer that it could slip off.

However, don't get the previous review wrong. The spread of the beam is just right to use as a flood at about 15-25 ft in addition to being a good pinpoint beam at short distances. It is the brightest and smallest flashlight I have ever owned. I also own a 5 year old Streamlight 1w Luxeon that uses 4AAs and its light output is only slightly brighter than this little bity thing, which has more to do with the flood pattern than anything else.

I wanted to make sure anyone looking to buy this as a walking light or anything at longer distances to understand that it is plenty usable for that too.

i have had this light for a couple weeks and i like it but the tail cap switch is not very good sometimes it does not stay on. When you click it for momentary on it is very sensitive push more than half way and it doesnt work. but the light is amazing very bright the belt clip is very solid not plastic. i really like the light but because of the switch i wont be relying on it when the SHTF hope this helps

had the light a little longer now works great switch works every time am planning on buying another soon

Tought to beat Streamilight's Stylus Pro, but this product does! both are excellent lights, however this is brighter, more focused and clearly built like a tactical pen. Either one you chose are great lights from 2 great companies. This is just noticeably better!

This is the best pen light I have ever owned. I always keep one on my sleeve, being in the military. I have beat up several that I have owned before and they never seemed to be able to hold up, but this one is tough and has held up extremely well. It is also extremely bright. I was blown away that most of the time I dont even need to turn on the light in our tent at night because this thing is so bright it practically lights up the whole tent. More than pleased and surpassed my expectations.

I really like this light. It is well constructed. I am an urgent care physician and use the as a throat illuminator. I like the action of the push button on the end. It allows you to press and and actuate the light, without having to "click" it all the way on. It is plenty bright for my purpose, but it also works well as a regular flashlight. You won't be disappointed. Price was pretty good for a pen light in this size and lumens.
