I play catcher for my high school's varsity softball team.

So, when I bought this bag, I was a little skeptical about the size. 37 x 12 x 10 were the dimensions listed on another site, and it seemed a tad too small. But it turned out to be much bigger on the inside. For any position, this bag can easily hold all of your equipment, and them some.

I've managed to fit:

All my catcher's gear (Leg guards, chest piece and face mask)

batting helmet

2 bats (33 in/23 oz)

my glove

several softballs

my cleats

my water bottle plus some snacks

and my bag for contacts stuff, hair ties, inhaler etc.

The hooks are really useful, and the outside pockets make it easy to get your drink, snack, pre-wrap, whatever. The wheels are great, even through grass, and the shoulder straps are nice too.

after researching all the other bags available on Amazon. The price was right and the quality is great! Sturdy fabric and it should last us years to come. (Don't even bother buying a peewee bagthey are just too small after they turn 7)

Plenty of room in the main compartment to fit his batting helmet, cap, 2 gloves, balls, baseball uniform. Love that there is a separate section for his muddy cleats. Bat section can easily holds 4 bats (although he only brings one to the games).

Roomy side pocket hold water bottle, snacks and gloves with room to spare. Two METAL clips hold up the bag in the dugout. My son can easily switch his equipment between innings and nothing gets thrown on the floor or lost. Not to mention carry the bag easily on his own on his shoulder or as a backpack with the handles shortened. We love it.

I don't know why people say that this is too small. If anything, it's really roomy! Also, the size is written in plain view in the description! There are no surprises. This bag is durable and the zippers and quality are great. Plenty of room and the side pocket is perfect. I wish there were two zippers on one opening at the bottom, so that you can reach in from the top of the square instead of from the side. Things fall out when the zipper is opened from the side. It would be nice to have two openings on the same square part. Oh well. This is a nice bag. It is not small at all. I carry two bats, batting gloves, glove, inner glove, a towel and a few bottles of water.

Says it holds 4 bats...well I have 5 USSSA slow pitch in mine just fine. I also keep my cleats, as well as three gloves, my batting gloves, and my practice pants in them....not to mention probably 20-25 balls. Absolutely great for the price, I wouldn't send it back if they offered me double what I paid.
