Decent pant for the price. The material is pretty noisy, and Large is more like an xtra large. Since item will be used in rainy and windy weather, sound factor is not really an issue.

I paid $60 for jacket and pants. That is a BARGAIN for this gear. I use for hunting and salmon fishing on lake Michigan. Keeps me dry and I even use on colder days as a wind breaker. Good quality gear.

The pant is very waterproof. But there is only one hip pocket and no belt loops. About drove myself crazy reaching for my pocket only to remember there are no front pockets. The bungee cord drawstring is about as effective as fishnet toilet paper.

The pant is very noisy in the woods. You sound like the little engine who couldn't. SHOOSH SHOOSH SHOOSH SHOOSH. They are cut large enough to wear heavy clothes underneath.

But if you wear clothes underneath, they bind and grab, which prevent you from being able to step over logs, snags, brush etc without pulling up your pant leg first. You have to be a ballerina to pull up a pant leg while balancing on one foot while trying to step over a log. The Rockettes might do well with them too.

If you want a pair of pants to keep you dry while walking a road or train tracks, while fishing or sitting, these are great. You can't beat the price either. If you can tolerate the SHOOSH SHOOSH train ballerina part, you will at least stay dry in the woods. Unless you sweat like I did having to use every muscle group just to move through the woods. Then the pants just keep rain water from mixing with sweat.

Picture shows the wrong cammo pattern. So go by desciption not the picture. Other than that they seem to be nice pants.
