I am a runner I have tried many running bras, this one only gives light support the bounce is painful.
It does wick away moister well.

My bra size is 34B and I do a lot of powerlifting, high-impact exercise, and some running. For me, I don't need that much breast support, and these very soft, stretchy, light bras are quite comfortable (size "small"). I got the white color.... very clean, but it gets dirty easily (duh...).
But for those of you who have large breasts-be forewarned! hence the 4 star rating.
These will not support your breasts very well. If you're looking for "COMFORT", these may be great for you. However, if you're looking for "SUPPORT", then I recommend Under Armour's "high-impact" level bras.

This is not a sports bra for everyone. If you are a D or DD, this may not be the right bra for you. But for C and below, this is a great bra! I love the softness and seamless design. It is the most comfortable sports bra I own so far!

I'm an A/B and I've had trouble finding sports bras that work well for me. Most of them are either too loose or just make me feel like I've wrapped an ACE bandage around my chest. Zensah's sports actually provide support and are comfortable which is why they are the only bras I wear on long runs.
