These are great gloves.. waterproof, really easy to get them on and take them off, and very warm.

I would like to say, though, that before you purchase make sure you measure your child's hand to be sure these fit. Amazon did not list these gloves very well and they are intended more for younger children (toddler-kindergarten ages). Fortunately, I found them on REI's website first which listed Spyder's glove size chart. Their sizes are based on the circumference around a child's palm near the knuckles. Here are the sizes:

4.5 inches XS

5 inches S

5.5 inches M

6 inches L

6.5 inches XL

My daughter is 5 yrs old and I bought a Large for her.

the product quality and function is great. they kept my daughter warm and happy... but it is a little difficult to determine the size without having them available to try on. they seem to run small, i followed the sizing guidelines and we bought these for a 5 year old but they didn't fit her, way too small. luckily we needed gloves for my 3 year old and they fit her perfectly.

These seem like an excellent glove, however, they fit small! My 4 year old daughter found the Medium too tight. I can't test to how well they work in the snow, because we are returning them for a larger size. While the velcro strap circling the wrist seems like a good idea to cinch the hand in the glove and keep the snow out, my daughter did not like how tight it got around her wrist.
