I LOVE this skirt. I bought it in black and chrome which is an icy pale bluish grey. They have ruching at the hip and are a little shorter than other skirts of this style and while they have a little inside pocket they do not fold over like other skirts. The fold over can add an unflattering extra layer around your lower tummy or hips but this one is very slimming. The fabric is very soft and slightly textured but not slubby. The black isn't a solid black but more of a soft black. They wash beautifully and look great with a tank top and sandals and can be dressed up a little bit with a camisole, sweater, and some dressier shoes. However, it is still a casual skirt so I wouldn't count on wearing this to work (depending on your workplace, of course). The fabric doesn't wrinkle when you are getting in an out of the car and seatbelt on a day of errands and I think this skirt is also great with sneakers for a walk in the park.

Nice casual skirt. True to size and nice fit around hips without being too tight. Has fold over look without bulk at waist. Hits at knee for me at 5'7" tall.

I bought this in black which is actually a super dark grey sort of color and i LOVED it. Its the perfect length on me..right at/above my knees and its so comfy. There is a cool design in the fabric that is different than the norm and i love it. ill post a pic up close. More than anything the skirt is simple and will go with anything. I also bought the pink color which is a really rich dark pink and its a must have as well.

I love love love this Chaka skirt so much I got it in four colors! Love them all and will be a vital part of my wardrobe this summer and while traveling. Will be so easy to pack. I got mine on sale in the upper $30 range and so proud of my deals. To get the deals, I had to buy two in size Small and two in XS. I am 5'7", 127 lbs, 36C chest, 29 inch waist, 37" hip. Both of these sizes fits fine, but I prefer the XS as it is a bit more fitted. But again, both will work great. I truly love this skirt.

I am 5'5" and 140 lbs, and for my body type this skirt was unflattering. The hem fell a couple inches BELOW my knees for an awkward length. The fabric clung around my hips, showing my underwear, even though the size medium was otherwise very loose on me. Perhaps a darker color would have been less sheer and more flattering. I have found many Horny Toad dresses that are very comfortable and flattering, which is why I wanted to try this skirt, but I was disappointed. If you have larger hips or thighs, or are petite, this may not be the skirt for you.
