These are the most comfortable "diabetic" socks of the five types I've tried. The only problem seems to be a quality control issue. All five pair came out of my front loading washing machine with the top of each sock cinched up like a closed garbage bag. When opened it was clear they were beginning to unravel. I didn't return them, my feet couldn't wait for replacements, so I'll see if the socks destroy themselves over time. Otherwise, these are extremely comfortable socks for diabetic feet and I'll buy them again.

These are the most comfortable socks I own. They stay up without pinching and don't hurt my toes. I bought my first pair over a year ago, and another pair last month. So far, I haven't had any quality issues. My only wish is that they would come in other colors, like brown, grey and navy.

My dad has small feet, size 7 1/2, He has fairly minor diabetes but he also has poor circulation and lots of fluid trouble in his feet and ankles. Got these to see if they would do him any good and he LOVES them. He says they're the best he ever had and asked if I could get him some more. So I did.
