This is a very nice shirt, extremely bright. People can't say they didn't see you coming, so this is perfect for runners. Material is nice quality, very light, well stitched and well made. My husband loves it and has had me order a few more for him. He says the air-wicking technology is great, keeps you much drier and cooler. This is a good shirt

I have Asics v-necks with more open sleeve holes. This style's neck it tighter and doesn't let sun in; left with a tan line over time. It does keep my dog tags in when I run which is nice. I have to run with them behind my back in the v-neck versions. The armpit holes are, however, a little snug too compared to other styles. Between the fit around the neck and the sleeves, it is a warmer shirt to run in and I end up looking for a singlet style in my drawer before putting this one on. Maybe better for fall and spring in Texas; not the summer.

It's ok to workout at the gym but if you sweat too much you'll be walking around like if someone dropped a bucket of water on your shirt. It takes too long to dry. I thought it was going to be dry-fit. I used it to go jogging and I had to take it off becuause it was just too wet. Now I only use it when I lift weights. (No cardio)
