Bought these for cycling during the fall/early winter. I've used them in 50 degree weather and they did an excellent job at keeping my arms warm. Anything below 50...you should probably just upgrade to a cycling jacket.

Sizing: I bought a Size Med. My arms are about 15.5 inches and they are skin tight. I probably could have gone with a large..but the Med still works for me.

I've had a pair of these for about 3 years now. They've been used on everything from 3mi-25mi training runs and during half and full marathons (including the 2010 Boston Marathon) when the weather dips into the upper30s or lower40s. These things are fantastic! They manage to maintain a great medium of warmth while not getting so hot you want to take them off. The material wicks away the sweat nicely and is very comfortable on the arms. I like the plastic-y band at the top that keeps them in place during a run.

I've used multiple brands and styles of arm warmers but continue to come back to my trusty Sugoi Midzeros because of the comfort and the reliability...still have absolutely no issues after 3 years and well over two-thousand miles in them.

The only minor issue that I've had with these is some instances of chaffing in my arm pit. However, that's a very, very minor issue compared to other chaffing issues related to distance running and the overall value these bring to a cold-weather race.

A side-benefit to the black fabric color is that during the later stages of a marathon you can gauge your sodium intake by the amount of body salts that accumulate on the arm warms a sure sign that you need to drink some Gatorade or take a gel.

I purchased the Medium size. Bottom of wrist to the top of my bicep measured at 15", while my bicep measures a little over 11 inches around. They fit great, and stay very snug in their place.

I've washed them a few times by hand and they seem to hold up great. They work great for maintaining warmth and keeping your arms dry from perspiration.

Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the white Medium and the look and feel nice. My arm length from my wrist to the top of my bicep is 16" and the medium fits perfectly.

Riding in the evenings have just semi-started to get a little chilly so I bought these to keep my arms a little warmer, and though I have yet to use them because I just received them.. comparing the material to another pair of sleeves that I own meant for summer use, it's significantly warmer and thicker.

SoCal winters don't get obscenely cold so these will work perfectly for me for early morning or later afternoon/early evening rides.

I have confident with this brand. I bought their knee warmer as well. I like them both. This arm warmer fit me properly. The material is light and cool. It hold on to you well so it won't fall down. I don't really have any complaints.
