Unlike the usual baggy warm-ups, these pants provide a desired slimming effect. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I can't get the pant legs over my shoes even with the side zippers. Otherwise, I am very happy with my Sugoi's. The small fits true to size on my 5'5" 135-pound body.

Just did a test ride in 53 degrees, cloudy, and very gusty winds my legs were so comfortable through the ride. When it does get warm the zipper that goes up to the knee will definitely help venting if needed. The thing I enjoyed so much was that these pants were so comfortable that when I got home I didn't want to take them off I was teased that I may be using them for my new pjs. Definitely passed the test for biking in the cool windy Wisconsin fall weather.

I just returned from my first multi-day ride. I took several different pairs of shorts/pants but this is the only pair I wore. I used a padded liner short underneath and these were perfect. Although day 1 was warm, I was comfortable due to the breathable fabric on the underside. Day 2 was cold and raining but the fabric on the front provided great water resistance. Day 3 was dry but cold. The fabric on the front provided wind resistance and the weight of the fabric was just enough to keep me warm. I was completely comfortable riding in these pants and highly recommend them for anyone who prefers something looser than tights.
