Well-constructed. Cozy, thick quality material: blend of wool for warmth and tech material for performance and durability. I use these socks for cool to cold weather. I run in the early morning, night, daytime, dry, wet, and muddy trail runs mostly in the SF bay area for 5 to 32 miles. My extremities have a tendency to get numb in cold wet weather during LD runs. Therefore, I wear these along with my wool headband and gloves. This trail sock is my new favorite cold weather sock. Recommended.

I wear these socks under my boots and they're perfect. Fit well, no itch. I will be buying more. I wish there were differentcolors

I liked the first pair so well I bought several more. I have found it's usually worthwhile to buy the higher priced products in the long run and these socks are no exception. Better comfort, moisture wicking, arch support, etc. My go to sock in cool weather. I use these road, cx, & single track cycling as well as fitness hiking.

I use these socks for running and they work for me. I like wool socks and these are durable and comfortable. I wear them in winter and summer on long runs, trail runs and track work. I had other Pearl Izumi wool socks and I eventually wore them out, but it took years and lots of miles.
